ALPHABLOCK A SOUND INVESTMENT IN A PRODUCT SOLUTION ALPHABLOCK is a flexible construction system consisting of ALPHABLOCK forms, together with the supply of raw commodities for an exclusive concrete mix design of cement and 100% recycled materials, all brought to you by TWO RECYCLE. TWO RECYCLE uses a patented system for glass recycling to make their own mix design for concrete. The concrete precast industry will benefit immensely from the ALPHABLOCK system, which offers an extra product line in their existing business. This new product line offers a low cost production of completely clean and environmental friendly casted heavyweight interlocking blocks. The licensed system is rolled out to the precast industry nationwide and offers forms, equipment and mix design as a package deal. ALPHABLOCK is easy to place, and the interlocking blocks are the total closed loop solution for building any kind of temporary or permanent structure. ALPHAÂ BLOCK is high-quality with proven reliability and with more than two decades of experience. ALPHAÂBLOCK provides a structural design, static calculations, transport and an expert stacking of the product. The interlocking blocks are placed and stacked directly on a leveled and firm surface. So, no need for digging special foundations.

RECYCLING
When exposed to fire, ALPHABLOCK blocks only degrade marginally. The temperature rise on the nonexposed side of the concrete wall is so low, that fire propagation through heat transfer cannot take place. Furthermore, an ALPHABLOCK firewall stabilizes the stored materials, thereby preventing the fire from spreading horizontally. The climate change has recently shown more negative effects in various regions. An ALPHABLOCK water barrier is placed within hours and minimizes damage to properties and real estate. ALPHABLOCK works together with multiple cover specialists to provide a flexible and durable solution for dry salt storage. Every project is custom made, but you can store more than mixed road salt!! ALPHABLOCK walls combined with a cover, results in a durable and low maintenance solution, which is also 100% recyclable. In the design process for industrial buildings, we work together with independent engineers and specialists in roofing structures. This way, we are able to ensure absolute quality stability of your industrial building, with just one point of contact. The ALPHABLOCK system also includes a reflector block. With the reflector panels, this concrete barrier is visible at night. It is therefore very suitable for applications such as road barriers, an anti-ram measure around warehouses, pedestrian areas, installations and other buildings for protection against intruders.

TRANSPORT & ACCESSORIES To simplify transport and moving of the finished products, matching transport accessories for the concrete blocks have been developed. When the block is cured, the mold is removed and the block, that is casted on its side, needs to be turned into the right position. A concrete block clamp is used to lift the cured block and can be tilted using a forklift truck and 2 tires. Once they are in the upright position, the blocks are lifted with the concrete block clamp to put them in the right place. The concrete block clamp is connected to a forklift truck by either the CLA Lifting beam or a lifting chain. The benefit of a lifting beam is to stabilize the block and prevent it from starting to swing.

SAFETY Concrete blocks are the most simple and effective method to fence off an area. Many cities and governments are using blocks as a border between traffic and pedestrian zones to offer citizens a feeling of safety when walking beside a busy road. With a weight of 4850 lbs per block they distinguish a prominent No Go zone. Besides that it is the fastest way to create and alter a demarcation in a very short period of time.
