T H E FA B R I T I U S GROUP An active property owner and property developer! The Fabritius Group with its subsidiaries is a significant property actor in Norway. Our main activity is centred in the Oslo region, where we own property and development lots for combination buildings for storage, offices and production. The Fabritius Group has been involved in the investment, administration and development of property since 1991 and has since carried out a significant number of projects. Our focus going forward will be to build a long-term property portfolio based on our property development and purchase of newer projects within our focus area. The Fabritius Group is a company owned 100% by Gjelsten Holding. We have an organisation of 10 people with skills within the areas of project management, project development, marketing, administration, economy and analysis. This provides the foundation for considerable growth in the years to come, and a focus on the tenants of our buildings. 2016 was a good year, and so far, 2017 has been as well. We have entered into several larger rental agreements for new buildings and on existing premises. The largest single project is a new main storage facility in Moss of approx. 60,000 sqm. We will be focusing on the environment and energy consumption in all existing p roperties and new buildings. We will be looking for good solutions that benefit both the tenants and the owners of the properties. Our goal
is to provide future-proof properties that are attractive to both owners and tenants. Our existing tenants are our most important partners with whom we cooperate actively to find the best possible solutions at all times. The Fabritius Group has a strong economy which, combined with our expertise, makes us well equipped to handle new projects in the years to come. We believe in a positive development within our corner of the property market the next few years. In addition to being an active property developer, we are looking to build a larger property port folio for long-term ownership in the Oslo area the next few years. Our new building projects are organised as collaboration projects between the tenant, the turnkey contractor and us, and our goal is to achieve optimal projects for the tenants, both usage wise and price wise, through an open collaboration where everyone is pulling in the same direction. We have had good experiences with such collaborations for many years. The Fabritius Group has several projects under development both north and south of Oslo. We therefore actively seek tenants looking for a professional partner when establishing themselves on new premises. We have the economy, the expertise and, not least, the will to initiate project development in collaboration with the tenants.
