Brave New Warsaw Revitalisation of Poland’s Capital

Brave New Warsaw Warsaw is the capital of Poland. It is dynamic and green — a fusion of a modern lifestyle with nature’s harmony. In the last quarter of a century, no other city in the CEE area has been attracting that many investors. Up to this point, the left side of the Vistula river garnered most of the attention. Now the time has come to look at the other side — Brave New Warsaw. The Praga district beams with wild authenticity of the capital’s spirit. You can taste there the best Polish cuisine and experience genuine street life. A constant favourite for creative endeavours. The city of Warsaw targeted the area with cultural investments, developing institutions (e.g. Sinfonia Varsovia and the Baj Theatre) and many creative spaces for young entrepreneurs (e.g. multiple Municipal Centers for Creativity, the Google Campus, Startberry and others).

We brought back the area’s brilliance and we are constantly improving on various conveniences, such as an extension of the metro line into the district and a renovation of the tenement housing downtown. Our building plans amount to 0.5 billion euros in investments, which makes it the biggest revitalisation project in CEE region. Meanwhile, our private partners continue constructing modern offices and residential areas. Now is the best time to invest in the right part of the city. Brave New Warsaw offers unique developmental opportunities, not to be found anywhere else in Europe.
