Hello Key Clubbers! Congrats to those who recently became official members at Membership Night and attended some of our recent club meetings and events!

October has been filled with many fun, engaging, and impactful events, from Fally Rally (Six Flags!) to the Light the Night Walk, which raised awareness for Lymphoma and Leukemia. For the rest of October, you can look forward to our Townwide Cleanup, Halloween Events, and other awareness walks. There will be many more events like this in the coming months, so stay on the lookout with our social media and Google Classroom!

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have!

ADVOCACY FOCUS

Health Conditions & Disease Awareness

Breast Cancer

Our Advocacy Focus is a way for us to raise awareness for specific relevant issues. This year, we are focusing on various prevalent diseases in America. During July and August, our focus was on Lung Cancer, and for September through October, we are focusing on Breast Cancer Awareness. 1 in 8 women develop breast cancer (though men can get it too!), and it is one of the most common types of cancer affecting women worldwide. According to the World Health Organization, hundreds of thousands of women die due to this relentless disease.

Please reach out to us with any questions you may have, or if you would like to discover ways to raise awareness for this cause!
