Prep Premium Toasted Sesame Oil Lion Korean Hot Chilli Sauce Small onion diced Chopped tomato Grated ginger Minced garlic
½ tsp Garlic powder ½ tsp Celery Salt 500ml Vegetable stock/ broth 100ml Water 1 tbsp Soy sauce 200g Chopped vegetables (carrot, celery, spring onions) 50g Peas 200g Ramen noodles

1. Stir fry the chicken breast strips in 2 tbsp of Prep Premium Sunflower Oil until cooked 2. Drain any additional fat/water from the pan 3. Add the stir fry vegetable pack and stir fry for 1 minute adding more Prep Premium Sunflower Oil as required 4. Add the Lion Japanese Teriyaki BBQ Sauce to the pan and cook through 5. In a separate pan place the fresh egg noodles in boiling hot water to reheat 6. Add the chopped pak choi to the stir fry mix and remove from the heat 7. Drain the noodles 8. Place the wheat flour tortilla on a flat surface 9. Put 20g of Lion Japanese Teriyaki BBQ Sauce in a circle at the top of the tortilla 10. Place the hot noodles on top of the sauce 11.
