6. BOARD OF DIRECTORS & OFFICERS Shall be elected from a slate prepared by the Nominating Committee at the Annual General Meeting [ AGM] The Board will then select its Officers as follows: Past President President First Vice President Second Vice President The Policies and Procedures of the Association will be managed by the Board. The Board will appoint and Executive Officer to execute the business of the Association as determined by the Board. The Executive Officer will be provided with an honorarium as determined by the Board. The President will chair all Board meetings and Association meetings [Vice President will assume this duty, in the absence of the President] 7. FUNDS All funds collected by the Association will be deposited into a Chartered Bank by the Executive Officer for the sole purpose of the Association. Signing authority for the Association shall be three [3] Board members as approved by the Board [including the President and Past President] The Board will appoint two [2] Board members [or engage a professional auditor] to audit the accounts of the Association and submit a financial report at the AGM.
