omeone might be in a precarious health condition and gripe, “I’ve prayed about this sickness, I’ve cried, I’ve fasted, and nothing has changed. I don’t know what else to do!” Well, that’s because you haven’t acted on the Word, which is what God expects of you. When you act on the Word, things change. For example, when the world says an ailment is incurable, that limitation doesn’t include us because when we lay our hands on the sick, they get healed, irrespective of the condition. We can heal all manner of sicknesses and make diseases dematerialize. It’s like what happened with Jesus in Bible days; they brought to Him many that were possessed with devils, and He cast out the spirits with His Word, and healed all that were sick. Notice that He did it with His Word.

When He said, “Receive your sight,” the man that was born blind began to see. When He said, “Rise up and walk,” the lame got up, walking and running. His Word restored even those that had their limbs amputated! There’s something about the Word of God! The Word of God is everything; that’s what gave birth to you and, therefore, what will sustain you. 1 Peter 1:23 says, “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.” James tells us the same thing: “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that 02 | Healing to the Nations

we should be a kind of irstfruits of his creatures” (James 1:18). In Acts 20:32, Paul writes, “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctiied.” The Word is your life, so you must yield yourself to the Word to build and nourish you. Study the Word voraciously. Meditate on the Scriptures. That way, you’re submitting yourself to the Lordship of the Word. The Word of God is the only ingredient that can transform and build our lives on all three levels: spirit, soul and body. When God’s Word gets into your spirit, it produces in you what it talks about. As you read this, it’s possible you have been diagnosed with cancer in your body. All you need do is speak the Word! Say, “My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and cannot cohabit with sickness.” Call the name of that disease or condition and address it, saying, “I cut you out and I command you to die, in the Name of Jesus!” It doesn’t matter what the condition is. Whether it’s lameness, blindness or some disability, the power of God is available in His Word. Use the Word against it. Make the important decision to keep improving your life by being a student of the Word. It’ll cause you to have an efectual life of constant victory over sickness and inirmity. No sickness can thrive in your body because of the impact of the Word of God on your physical body.

“O Lord God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. I believe that God raised Him from the dead and I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord of my life from today. I receive by faith, remission of sins for my soul. he May 2020 edition of the Global Miracle Faith Seminar – a special outreach of the Healing School – marked a signiicant turning point in the lives of many. For a marvelous time of worship, inspiration and empowerment, over 3 million people from 112 countries and territories converged to participate in this epochal event, which was streamed live on Healing Streams TV. It was a celebration of faith, and all who attended were ready and hungry for the Word and a special impartation of the Spirit. The two-day program began with an atmosphere of praise and exultation through sessions of profound worship, followed by moments of earnest prayers, as saints in various nations of the world ofered prayers of intercession for the sick, that they would receive all that the Lord had planned for them. The esteemed Pastor Deola Phillips (CEO of Loveworld Incorporated and Director of the Healing School) heightened the participants’ expectations in her opening address, “Healing is God’s will; it is in the provision of the Gospel. God wants you to be in health and to continually walk in the divine life that He made available for us. So, wherever you are, we are coming to you with God’s Word, with faith and inspiration, with testimonies and healing. We will share God’s Word with you and minister the Spirit to you in the direction of healing. This is to refresh and renew your faith, and for you to receive your miracle.” She further intimated that the global audience would enjoy many more inspiring segments on prayer, the teaching of the Word of God, important information on healthy living, and exciting testimonies to boost faith. “Every segment is coming to you with power. Give us all your attention, get into the low of healing today, and your life will not be the same,” she explained. Indeed, the Seminar was replete with extraordinary high points. Knowledge was imparted to many as they received health tips on personal hygiene and mental health to help them keep their bodies whole and hale, just as the Lord intended. The event reached its climax with special ministrations to the sick and those with various health challenges. The healing power of God went through many, right in their homes and wherever they were. Everyone received with faith and according to the desires of their hearts. Words of power were uttered and testimonies started to come in as many tried to do the things they couldn’t do before and found that they could. My wife had severe chest pain for about two years. I was opportune to be a part of the Global Miracle Faith Seminar. As Evangelist Eddy ministered, I had faith and immediately received healing for my wife. I placed my hand on my chest on her behalf as instructed by the man of God, and I felt a surge in my chest as he prayed. I used to have these severe headaches that hurt so badly I couldn’t lift my head. Sometimes, they lasted all day, forcing me to stay in bed from morning till night. or eighteen-year-old Abishek Yelagani, life was unfolding beautifully. He had just gotten into college to study engineering and had an active social life, with friends and a loving family to share it. Then, everything changed in December 2017, when he suddenly fainted at school. “I woke up in the hospital and saw my parents crying. I didn’t know what had happened,” he recalls. Since he had just resumed a new semester and was adjusting to a new environment and workload, no one thought much of the fainting incident; it was downplayed to stress, improper diet and poor sleep. A few weeks later, Abishek returned home for the holidays. His mother, Nagakumari, was alarmed when she saw him. She says, “I was worried when he came home at the end of the semester looking very pale and weak. So, I took him to the hospital to get tested. We did a complete blood picture (CBP), and all markers were very low. Just to be sure, we were made to redo the test and then directed to another hospital. At the new hospital, Abishek was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.” The doctor admitted Abishek to the hospital that day, and then talked to his mother about the expected progression of the disease and what treatments he would have to undergo over the following weeks, including intensive doses of chemotherapy and steroids. Life changed abruptly, and it didn’t seem like it was going to get better anytime soon. This became a cause of worry and anxiety for Nagakumari. She lashes back to that time: “I was tense and dismayed as I listened to the treatment plan, especially the chemotherapy. My son is young and I was concerned about how this would change his life. I cried a lot as I listened to all the likely side efects. My son had always been a strong, healthy boy who never had to go to the hospital for so much as a fever, and then this. It was a shock to me.” At eighteen, Abishek’s life ground to a halt, as he was forced to put everything on hold. He found himself completely reliant on his family for everything. “This condition made me bedridden and fearful. I didn’t know if I was going to survive, despite the drugs and treatments that I was taking. I had to stop my college education and I couldn’t engage in any sports. My life became restricted to only a few sanitary places where my immunity would not be challenged. I was given a lot of antibiotics to prevent infection and my diet was very limited. all over my body because of water retention. There was also weakness, fever and hair loss. “It was very sad for me because I couldn’t do any day-today work. I couldn’t hang out with my friends. I couldn’t study. I couldn’t do anything. It felt to me like I had lost everything. Suddenly, darkness and sorrow surrounded my whole family. There was only crying, sadness and disappointment.” Tired of living this way, and unable to bear the thought that her son would need medical care for the rest of his life, Nagakumari decided to bring Abishek to the Healing School. “We found out about the Healing School because my mother follows the man of God, Pastor Chris. When she told me about coming to see Pastor Chris, I trusted God for my healing and I knew that I would no longer be sick. We had seen the glory of God through Pastor Chris’ ministry, and so we expected to see great things from the Lord at the Healing School,” Abishek narrates. The journey from India to the Healing School was worth it. Abishek’s faith produced results when he came in contact with the power of God at the Healing School. The man of God, Pastor Chris, ministered to him with so much love and compassion. Abishek fell under the unction of the Holy Ghost and when he got up, he was full of energy as he ran all around the auditorium, rejoicing for his miracle. Now, more than two years after, he testiies of the wonderful changes that have taken place in his life since he got healed. “A month after I received my healing from Pastor Chris, I went to the hospital for tests. This time, the blood counts for hemoglobin, platelets and neutrophils had all improved and there were no abnormal cells in my blood, whereas the previous reports had shown that ninety percent of my blood cells were abnormal. The liver tests also came back absolutely normal.

I got a clean bill of health. “My hair miraculously grew stronger and thicker. The fever and other symptoms disappeared. My body was renewed and I got stronger and stronger. I started going to the gym and doing all the activities a normal, healthy person would. I play all my favorite sports now. I can eat out now, no more risk of infection. I resumed my studies in college. I have a brand-new, healthy body and a new life that’s free of limitations and boundaries; no hassles – either mentally or physically. No more restrictions because I am perfect in my body, soul and spirit, by the grace of Christ. Glory to God!” Abishek declares. Having experienced a complete turnaround through the divine encounter at the Healing School, Abishek’s story is one of all-round victory and triumph. He goes on to say, “At the Healing School, the fear of the world was replaced with the Word of God. My heart is merry, and I know that I’ll never be sick again. I will always walk in health because I have the life of God in me. Now that I am Christ-conscious, I am a student with a diference. I excel in everything and I am fearless. I preach the good news to my friends and fellow students. I have no down days at all and my life is exemplary. “Thanks to God, we – as a family – live in divine health, prosperity, dominion and victory. We have soundness of mind and we enjoy eternal life. Now, we are partners with the Healing School, and we’re also ministers of healing and the grace of God. I am grateful to be connected to the ministry of our man of God; I am fulilling my purpose and walking in God’s perfect will for me. he immune system comprises many organs and processes that act as the body’s natural defense against infectious organisms. A healthy immune system protects the body against infections and diseases. There are several ways to boost your body’s immune system, and extensive studies have shown that nutrition and other lifestyle choices inluence the strength of one’s immunity. Here are some great ways to do that naturally. Watch Your Diet: A low-fat, plant-based diet is great for boosting immunity. Incorporate large amounts of fruits and vegetables into your daily diet because they are rich in antioxidants and provide much-needed vitamins and minerals, which are essential to helping your body develop proper immune responses and eliminate free radicals in the body. Drink Plenty of Water: Water carries oxygen throughout your body to the cells, thus promoting proper body system functions. Also, water prevents build up of toxins by lushing them out of your system, so that they cannot harm the body. Drink plenty of water and, as much as possible, avoid cafeinated drinks, sugary beverages, and energy drinks; these leave you dehydrated and rob your body of minerals and vitamins needed to combat infections and diseases. Exercise Regularly: Exercise regularly to help mobilize T-cells – a type of white blood cell that guards the body against infections. Exercise also improves blood circulation, meaning that these immune cells roam the body at a higher frequency and in higher numbers. Studies have shown that people who regularly engage in moderate exercises (such as brisk walking) generally have a more functional immune system than those who don’t. Spend Time Outdoors: Spend as much time outdoors as you can. Outdoor recreational activities alleviate stress and promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Walking, running, cycling or playing basketball with friends and family is a great way to spend time outside the house.

However, just sitting under the shade to relax outside will still do your body a whole lot of good. Sleep Well and Relax: In a relaxed state, your muscles release tension, blood pressure lowers, and breathing and heart rate slow down. All these cause shifts in hormone levels that are very beneicial for your immunity. Adequate sleep is also vital to a healthy immune system. Production of cytokines – a substance secreted by immune cells to ight infections, inlammation and stress – occurs during sleep. The amount of sleep required by individuals vary based on age, activity levels and so on, but usually range from 5 to 10 hours every night. Laugh More: There’s a popular saying that “laughter is the best medicine,” and the Bible conirms it in Proverbs 17:22, which says that a joyful heart is medicine. Laugh often to improve your resistance to infectious diseases. Hearty laughter boosts immunity by strengthening resilience, relaxing your muscles, diminishing pain and protecting the body against the damaging efects of stress. Care for Yourself: Enjoy the things you do and do the things you enjoy, and spend time with your loved ones. These encourage the body’s secretion of health-boosting hormones, which in turn improve the immune system. An active lifestyle promotes physical health, and the happier you are, the healthier and stronger you will be. Staying healthy and immune depends on choices that become habits, which eventually become your lifestyle. Start making healthy choices today to improve health and wellbeing for you and your loved ones.

For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body (James 3:2). hristian perfection or maturity is expressed chiely through your mouth – your communication. If you want to go in the right direction in life, your tongue is the compass. If you ofend in words, that is, if your communication is unwholesome, your life will be in jeopardy. Your speech controls you. Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue…” and Jesus said, “…out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh” (Matthew 12:34). So, your character is formed through your thoughts, but it’s expressed in your words. This means that your thinking is your character, but your talking is your life. That’s how important your words are.

Job 22:29 says, “When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, there is lifting up…” The emphasis is on what you say. When things are rough and tough, don’t wait to be lifted; use the lifting power in your mouth. With your words, catapult yourself from obscurity to greatness! Position yourself in health, prosperity and abundance. It’s all in your mouth. Say it, and you’ll have it! CONFESSIONS My speech is modelled in the direction of God’s will for my life. I declare that health, prosperity, victory, growth and abundance are the hallmarks of my life. I declare that my life is made ever more glorious, and I am supremely blessed. I walk in health, strength, perfection and excellence, producing works and fruits of righteousness.

Divinity dwells in my physical body! I’m a new creation, not subject to the elements of this world. I live the transcendent life! Divinity lows in every iber of my being, in every cell of my blood, and in every bone of my body! I reign over sickness, disease, poverty and lack! I’m superior to Satan. Glory to God! My potentials are limitless because I’m divinely endued to live the life of glory, according to God’s power which works in me mightily! With that divine power at work in me, I live above and beyond sickness, disease and inirmity. I’m not moved by what I feel, see or hear; I’m only moved by the Word of God, which is my life. I am radiant with life and health, just like a tree that is planted by the stream. I don’t see the heat; I am impervious to the diseases that plague the ordinary man because I carry my own atmosphere.

The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from death and the law of sin! I am absolutely death-free – I’m of death’s limits – because the law of life is operational in me! Not only do I walk in life and health as a child of God, I dispense that divine life to all in my world. I am a king and my words are full of power and authority; therefore, I decree health, peace, prosperity and success into every area of my life. I take charge of every situation and declare that all things are working together for my good. I’m not a victim, but a victor in Christ. God’s divine power has granted me all things that pertain to life and godliness. Therefore, I declare that my life is characterized with peace, prosperity and divine health every day. I live in dominion every day, for God has given me power to tread over serpents and scorpions. I refuse to live in fear of what the devil can do to me; Jesus rendered him powerless and useless. I walk in the victory that God wrought for me through Jesus Christ. No matter what happens, I know that I am more than a conqueror. I live in dominion over sickness, disease, poverty and lack.
