BIRMINGHAM METROPOLITAN COLLEGE AT THE BOTANICAL GARDENS Birmingham Metropolitan College has opened its latest training facility at the world famous Birmingham Botanical Gardens. You can study in the unique surroundings amongst 7,000 plants and a world famous botanical site. The Botanical Gardens were founded in 1832 and are always changing to meet the challenges of our evolving society. Many famous families and horticulturists have contributed to their development. There are new training courses available for all ages in 2013, including horticulture, gardening and conservation.
