DEAR FRIENDS. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX. The Carolina Country Club and Thomblade Club, each with its unique challenges and magnificent scenery, are the locations for this year’s events. It has been nearly thirty years since BMW chose South Carolina as the site of its first full production facility outside of Germany, invigorating the manufacturing sector in our state, creating jobs, and contributing immeasurably to our economic prosperity. Now in its 21st year, the BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX continues a legacy of giving that touches lives in a positive way. Over the lifetime of the tournament, $14.3 million have been raised for various charities, with Gibbes Cancer Center, The Meyer Center for Special Children, Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Cancer Society of Greenville County, and Roper Mountain Science Center featured this year. I would like to thank the sponsors, participants, spectators, and volunteers who contribute to the success of this tournament and, for those of you visiting the Palmetto State, I hope you will return soon.
