20 BULLS - ANGUS, CHAROLAIS, SIMMENTAL, RED ANGUS Harward Sisters utilizes four breeds in our breeding system to breed purebred and crossbred cattle. Prior to weaning, bulls are fed limited creep feed, mainly only to supplement during dry times in the summer. Bulls are weaned in August and fed a 15% CPC ration after weaning. From mid-October to the sale, bulls are fed the Cargill Bull Developer feed with free choice hay.
◀EBS FARMS▶
4 BULLS - ANGUS EBS Farms has been synonymous with high-performance, high-quality Angus bulls since Bruce Shankle began breeding Angus cattle. The four bulls in this sale follow this same pattern. Bulls are weaned in June and put on test with over 40 contemporaries. Bulls are fed the Cargill Bull Developer feed for the entire test time.
◀UWHARRIE RIDGE FARMS & ROADS END FARM▶
5 BULLS - ANGUS The five bulls in this sale represent the power genetics of Uwharrie Ridge Farms in the two URF consignments as well as the successful partnership between URF and REF on the three partnership consignments. These five bulls have been developed together after weaning being fed a CPC Bull Developer feed with hay and minerals.
◀COOPER ANGUS FARM▶
4 BULLS - ANGUS Cooper Angus Farm has been raising registered Angus cattle for over 30 years. These bulls were raised without any creep feed until weaning. After weaning they were developed slowly together during the summer with grass and just a little feed. In the fall they were supplemented with 1.5% of body weight of feed and hay.
◀HILL ANGUS FARM▶
2 BULLS - ANGUS Hill Angus Farm has been breeding quality Angus in GA and NC since 1957. These bulls were developed through the 112-day Calhoun bull test in GA. Bulls are developed with quality forages, hay, and supplement feed to ensure proper growth and performance. Feed ration information is available at ugabeef.com.
◀DOUBLE S FARM & TWIN B FARM▶
2 BULLS - RED ANGUS The partnership between Double S Farm and Twin B Farm allows for high-quality Red Angus genetics to be bred and raised in both NC and VA. These bulls were born in NC and fed minimal creep prior to weaning. After weaning, bulls were developed in VA and fed a 16.5% developer feed with 3% fat along with hay and minerals.

SELLS OPEN | Backed by a powerhouse dam and Active Duty heifer-maker, this female is one of the favorites combining style and depth. Her maternal brother sold to Elaine Moore last year as Lot 2 in our sale. We liked him so much we asked to be able to use him as a clean up bull as well. His calves this year have come easy at 65-75 lbs on mature cows. We trust this pedigree and believe it has a great future in anyone’s herd.
