LEED® EB O&M LEED® for Existing Buildings, Operations & Maintenance (LEED-EB, O&M) is a tool, that was developed by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), to measure performance and recognize building owners and operators for reductions in resource consumption achieved as a result of improved operations and maintenance strategies.
