You are the creator of your Reality... so how will your 2021 unfold?

o many of us are ready to say goodbye to 2020. With all the unprecedented “moments” 2020 left us, we want to embrace 2021’s changes with open arms. So what exactly does “change” mean? By definition, change means to make someone or something different; to alter or modify. Hmm. Let’s look at how that works in business. What can we change, alter or modify in our behaviors as we conduct business in 2021? A lot. Since we know we cannot change another person—or that never worked for me in the past—let’s focus on how to change within. First of all, we can approach 2021 with a slate of endless possibilities for thriving in business. If you felt as if you were just “surviving” this year, leave that thought in 2020. Vow to yourself that 2021 will be your year. So many women in the Lead Up for Women Community thrived during the pandemic. They approached each day as an opportunity to grow, motivate others, live in abundance and seek ways to pivot their businesses. And I must say it worked. Many of you hit record months for revenue, client load and personal growth, which resulted in personal happiness. We control the outcome by controlling our mindset. That doesn’t mean controlling others, yeah I know I said that already, but that really doesn’t work. We believe in you, your abilities and your right to step into every spotlight you can. With Zoom being the new “normal,” you can network countless times per week, and never take off your pajama or put on shoes. That’s what I’m talking about. Lead Up for Women knows each of us can have the life we desire if we take the steps to create that life. Be the badass leader you know you are, and gain the courage and confidence through the strong support of our group of women, so that you can live your best life. We are here to show you how to tap into your greatest power, YOU. You are the only you that has ever been and the only you that will ever be. Be you and be strong, because you are brilliant and the world needs you.
