GO CLUB
Sundays, 1:30–4:45 p.m. at Main in the Children’s Story Space – Ages 5+
Learn to play the ancient and mysterious board game Go. Developed 4000 years ago in China, the rules are simple — but it can take a lifetime to master the game. Go boards are provided and take-home sets are available for free.
Pok Mon Club

Learn to play the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Trade cards and participate in a Pokémon themed craft. All levels of Pokémon Trainer are welcome!

Explore basic circuits and electronics. Build an alarm clock with snap together components, bring model clay creations to life with electronic circuits and do other fun electronic projects.

Thursday, Feb. 9, 5–6:30 p.m. at Reynolds – All ages Rearrange paint chip samples and create visual and verbal poems. Take home your own collaged pieces and a small notebook to hold all your ideas.

Learn how to find stars, planets and other celestial objects. Discover the rings of Saturn, the moons of Jupiter, or craters of the Moon for the first time!
*THE ART OF INFANT MASSAGE WITH FAITH DAVIS Thursday, Feb. 16, 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. at Main in the Boulder Creek Room – Pre-crawlers and caregivers Infant massage is a wonderful way to bond with babies. Learn simple massage techniques that are safe for any healthy baby, as well as routines to help gas, sleep, and development. Bring your baby and a soft blanket.

Every Wednesday beginning in March, 4:45–5:45 p.m. at Reynolds – Ages 7-10
Each week high school role models (Big Pals) will help children (Little Pals), ages seven – ten, in art and science activities to promote STEAM knowledge. Big Pals will guide Little Pals through the scientific process, lead scientific inquiry and help with journaling. Plan to attend all six sessions; there is no session on March 29.
*CRAZY 8’S MATH CLUB
Every Thursday beginning in March, 4–5 p.m. at Reynolds – Ages 5-7
Our after-school math club is shown to reduce children’s feelings of math anxiety. Hands-on, get-upand-move activities explore the math behind kids –favorite things, like playground swings, treasure hunts, – even robots and video games! Plan to attend all eight sessions; there is no meeting on March 30.

Move your body with your baby along for fun! Gently flow through a simple series of yoga movements focusing on connecting body and baby. Simple songs, poses that include baby, and mini infant massage draws baby and caregiver into harmony.

PAJAMA STORYTIME AND STUFFED ANIMAL SLEEPOVER

Bring your favorite stuffy and blanket for a special evening storytime. Pajamas are encouraged! After storytime, enjoy hot cocoa, cookies, and (if you wish) leave your stuffed animal at the library overnight for a sleepover.
