As of Monday, June 5, 2023 summer hours are officially in effect!

The summer hour FAQs provide detailed information regarding eligibility. If you have any questions, please feel free to send them to hr@baypath.edu and someone from our team will be in touch with you.

As we approach the upcoming summer season, please keep the following information in mind:

The 2023-2024 holiday calendar has been modified due to the addition of the Juneteenth schedule.

Because the University will be closed on Monday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth and Tuesday, July 4th, in observance of Independence Day, modified summer hours will NOT apply during those weeks.

Summer hours last through August 18, 2023.

As the 2022-2023 fiscal year comes to an end, to help you plan accordingly, we want to remind employees who are eligible to accrue vacation time. The University's vacation policy allows for up to 5 days of carryover into the new fiscal year. The University is not making any changes to this policy. We ask that you coordinate the use of your accrued time with your supervisor.

Thank you for your attention and we hope that you take this time to enjoy the sun!

Performance Evaluations

As a reminder, the 90-day performance evaluation process will now be housed in the Performance Module within Hirezon.

We have taken our current 90-day paper evaluation form and re-created it in Hirezon to streamline the process. This 90-day evaluation process is currently mandatory for all staff.

This process is similar to the annual performance evaluation process. If you need additional guidance, please review the Step by Step 90-day Performance Evaluation guide.

When it is time for you to complete this process, you will receive an email prompt. Upon receiving this communication, you will have 30 days to complete the evaluation.

If you have questions about what to include in your evaluation or need a refresher on how to use the system, please reach out to Meghan Rosenberger, mrosenberger@baypath.edu.
