LONGMEADOW PRIDE FESTIVAL SEPTEMBER 17, 2023

The Longmeadow Pride Alliance is a supportive, community-focused non-profit serving the Longmeadow, MA area for the benefit of the local LGBTQIA+ community.

This year ' s 3rd annual pride festival takes place on the Longmeadow Town Green. Crowd favorite Lady Nikki will be returning again this year for a special appearance!

THE CHANGING NATURE OF GENDER IN THE 21ST CENTURY JUNE 22, 2023

The last decade has seen a generational shift in how gender is lived and viewed. Refuting the common assumption that gender can be reduced to female and male, many members of Gen Z identify as nonbinary and are challenging society to recognize more than two genders. This presentation will discuss the development of these changes, why they are important, and how people can be supportive of this movement, especially at a time when more conservative states are passing legislation designed to deny trans and nonbinary youth the ability to be themselves.
