JUNE 1ST - 15TH, 2023

The Office of Multicultural Affairs, Human Resources, and Institutional Advancement, in collaboration with the 2023 Juneteenth Event Planning Committee, is requesting your participation to celebrate and commemorate the Juneteenth Holiday. Join in the Juneteenth Celebration with various options to engage you!

Juneteenth Program:

Read-Aloud - June 1st-13th. Promote literacy, encourage awareness, and commemorate this significant national holiday, while also strengthening connections with our community. Your engagement will promote awareness and infuse the joy of literature to children in grades K5 attending the Holyoke, Chicopee, or Springfield School Districts.

Lunch & Learn - Thursday, June 15th, 11:30am1:30pm. (The hybrid event will begin at 12:15pm and participants online are eligible to win door prizes)

Hybrid Culturally Infused Self-Care ActivitiesThursday, June 15th, 2:00pm - 3:30pm

Hartford Yard Goats

JULY 9, 2023 AT 1:00 PM

Join Bay Path alumni and friends a Yard Goats game! Games are $35 each and are played rain or shine. Price includes a ticket to the game in the ConnectiCare Picnic Pavilion and an all you can eat picnic buffet!

Transportation is not included. Children under 3 are free if they sit on your lap. Seating is open in the Pavilion.

37th An Rotary Summer Concert Series

AUGUST 2, 2023 AT 7:00 PM

Co-sponsored by Bay Path University and Westfield Bank, we are excited to share with you the details for the EL Rotary Club Brass Attack on August 2, 2023.

The parking and shows are completely FREE! Bring friends, a blanket or chair, and your wallet as there will be a concession stand for snacks and beverages.

This event takes place on August 2, 2023 and begins at 7:00pm. All concerts take place at East Longmeadow High School (address below). We hope to see you there!
