We are pleased to share with you our VBHC: the Vintura Book for Happy Colleagues.
This book describes our culture, why we do what we do and how we do it. We are proud to present it. Not only because it represents the principles of our company, which has grown significantly over the years. But also because we created it together. We are the beating heart of our company.
As we implement our international growth strategy and different teams in different countries become one company, now is a great time to capture what we see as the basis of our future success.
We are a purpose-driven company. Together, we want to transform healthcare and make it better. We know we will make the most impact when we embrace the same ideas and values. They are our checks and guidelines for our daily behaviour. They guide our culture and create a safe, happy, thriving work environment.
This is not a strict handbook. We trust you to use your professionalism and common sense to make decisions with our purpose, mission and values in mind. And that when in doubt, you will feel challenged to do the right thing.
Just as our culture evolves over time, so will this document. You are welcome to provide feedback so we can add or adjust parts along the way.

Equalis Strategy & Modeling is a research consulting firm connecting stakeholders, knowledge and data in healthcare. From a scientific base, we work on the design and solidarity of the healthcare system together with policy holders, health care insurers and health care providers.
