W H A T I S C H I C K E N S H A C K ? Brakes have developed our exciting new ‘Chicken Shack’ concept to bring the chicken offering alive in your school. Chicken continues to be a firm favourite in school kitchens, and for good reason; the flavour options are endless! Our Brakes Development Chef for Education has selected a few of his own special recipes to give you some inspiration.

WHO IS CHICKEN SHACK AIMED AT? Our simple and flavoursome recipes will work across all schools, importantly all dishes are school compliant. Options such as our Chicken Strip Wrap are perfect for younger diners, and for Secondary age pupils our Piri Piri infused dishes add a little heat and zing.
WHAT MARKETING SUPPORT WILL I GET? We’d like to help our customers get the most from introducing Chicken Shack to their students. With this in mind, Brakes have designed a POS pack containing all the essentials you will need for a successful launch; we will provide the designs to you and then you can simply print at your conveinience. All items incorporate an eye-catching design which is sure to be a big hit. Simply display in and around your school canteen to let pupils customers know that Chicken Shack has arrived!
