HEALTHCARE HEALTHCARE FF NEW EKG TECHNICIAN HYBRID Learn to properly administer Electrocardiograms (EKG’s), resolve artifacts and record and interpret EKG’s. Expand your skills and earning potential with an EKG Technician certification. Students will learn heart anatomy, physiology, conduction and to recognize and interpret heart rhythms. Successful completion of this program will prepare students to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) EKG Technician Certification (CET) exam.

FF NURSE AIDE COURSE HYBRID
FF NEW MEDICATION AIDE HYBRID
A certified nursing aide is one of the most important roles in the health care team. This course is for those who wish to become Nurse Aides providing high quality, compassionate care for residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, private homes, and hospital patients. Graduating students are eligible to take the NNAAP exam required by the Virginia Board of Nursing. This course meets the Virginia Board of Nursing’s requirement for Nurse Aide Training in Virginia.
Medication Aides are trained to prepare for safe administration of medications to clients in assisted living facilities. The course teaches basic pharmacology and the proper procedure for preparing, administering, maintaining and documenting medications. Students are also taught to facilitate client self- administration and assist with medication administration.
