Goal Establish a strong foundation for employee wellness strategy that promotes health and well-being in the workplace by 2014.

First step: Standard Operating Practice 1. Immunization of Personnel policy (HHN-CP-000) 2. Appointment with Employee Health Nurse 3. Physical Profile
Purpose • Act as a needs assessment Identifies risk factors Tailored interventions
Development • Major health issues • Measures and Indicators Specific risk factors Quantitative data
Implementation • Tentative date: Monday April 15, 2013 • All new employees within 30 days • All employees during subsequent appointments
Data Collection and Analysis • Access database • Generate reports (trends) • Variations across zones
