MIRAGE head MIRAGE is a newly developed 45° HEAD by Breton equipped with a patented cartridge changing system, unique in its kind. It ° 05 -1 + allows the user to switch between a low speed high torque mechanical type spindle to a high performance electrospindle, FANTIC TORNADO HD + flexibility HHD offering unparalleled in machining.

This application features a “Direct Drive” motorized ± 200° “C” axis rigidly fixed to the vertical ram, and head containing both the 45° “A” axis “Dual Drive” ( ± 180° range) and the 80 kW 1850 Nm (in S1 duty) brushless motor spindle for complex power-machining operations.
