EMC News - Brighton - The fate of the St. MarysCBM application for a sand and gravel pit licence at a 105-hectare (259-acre) site on Ferguson Hill Road in Codrington is now in the hands of an Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) adjudicator, but it’ll be an uphill battle for area residents who remain opposed to the plan.
