The ocean covers 71% of the Earth's surface and contains 97% of the Earth's water With a growing population and dwindling resources, we need to find new ways to sustainably use ocean resources
The Brilliant Blue Challenge is an initiative that empowers youth to design, create, and innovate in the blue economy. This global competition challenges students ages 12-18 to develop innovative solutions to some of the oceans' top challenges Students will be competing in one of three categories: Marine renewable energy, Marine autonomous systems, and Healthy marine Life The inaugural competition will be held virtually on Dec 16th, 2023 Learn more here
