To Tom Viola on his pending retirement!

Out of a devastating crisis, you responded by creating an organization that pulled us together as a community and would grow to become an agent of good for so many.

What an impact you’ve had on the world! Wishing our friend all the best on the journey ahead!

Todd M. Whitley and Gary O. Holder

Best wishes - Gerry & Hank Alpert

What we do together makes a difference in the Hudson Valley and beyond

By experiencing world-class dance in the heart of the Hudson Valley, you’re providing meals and medication, health care and hope within your community and to people in need across the country.

For more than 30 years, Dancers Responding to AIDS, a program of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, has been channeling your generosity of spirit and love of dance into tangible, lifesaving help. Through Broadway Cares’ National Grants Program, Hudson Valley Dance Festival supports more than 450 AIDS and family service organizations in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C., including 16 here in the Hudson Valley.

DRA ANGELS CIRCLE AND VISIONARY CIRCLE

The following are members of the Dancers Responding to AIDS Visionary Circle and Angels Circle as of September 15, 2024. Names in bold indicate Premier Visionaries and Archangels, donors who increased their gift by 25 percent or more over the previous year. Contributions are not related to event ticket or merchandise purchases.

Visionaries and Angels provide essential support for those affected by HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses across the country. We salute these donors for their compassion and commitment to helping others in need.

In appreciation of this generous support, Visionaries and Angels receive exclusive invitations to virtual and in-person events and VIP status at some of Broadway Cares’ most high-profile events, as well as a host of other benefits.

There are many ways to become a member of the Visionary Circle or Angels Circle, including charging on a monthly or quarterly basis. If your employer matches charitable contributions, a gift of $500 or more can qualify you for membership.

For more information about the benefits of the Dancers Responding to AIDS Visionary Circle or Angels Circle, please contact Denise Roberts Hurlin, founding director, at hurlin@broadwaycares.org or 212.840.0770, ext. 234.
