WHO WE ARE At Burgess Furniture the two things we always keep in mind are our customer’s needs and their complete satisfaction. Our in house design team works really hard to create amazing designs and functional spaces. Great furniture can take your space to another level but sometimes finding exactly what you need is not an easy task. Burgess have been manufacturing the very best quality furniture since 1959 and are proud to offer a truly extensive range of conference, event, meeting room and bedroom furniture for the hospitality market, with products suitable for any venue and budget. Burgess exports products made in our own London factory to over 50 countries each year, supplying some of the world’s most prestigious venues. Whatever product you choose from the Burgess range you are assured of great design and quality that will never be compromised.

BURGESS AND THE ENVIRONMENT Burgess Furniture is fully accredited with 1S014001 and takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously. We continually strive to minimise our impact on the environment through incorporating new technology in design, production, waste management and energy use. Almost all the materials we use are recyclable, including aluminium, which we use extensively throughout our products. Aluminium is 100% recyclable, with 70% of the aluminium extracted since 1886 still remaining in use today. Other raw materials used in our furniture such as wood are sourced from PEFC registered suppliers (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes). The glues we use are water-based and our state-ofthe-art powder coating system is designed to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This powder coating system is virtually pollen-free and does not use any hazardous solvents, ensuring that no residue needs to be disposed of. We also keep transport distances of raw materials to a minimum and try to ensure that the raw material is produced using natural environmentally friendly methods. From the materials that we use, to our paint finishing technique, we are committed to the best environmental practices.

MEETING Casual or formal meeting spaces are our speciality. Our versatile products are ideal for all meeting room formats. We offer a wide variety of options to maximise your space and the effectiveness of your meetings, including ergonomically designed chairs, folding and flip top tables and soft seating. We can integrate the latest technology into many of our new products, ensuring everyone stays connected. From brainstorming sessions, to video conferencing, the possibilities are limitless!

CONFERENCE Regardless of whether it’s an all-day conference or a couple of hours seated, delegates demand comfort and functionality. Our chairs and tables are designed to meet the needs of both delegates and the busiest of venues. Our designers can also help you optimise the layout of your conference room to maximise your space. We are happy to produce a detailed layout of your conference room in either theatre or classroom set-up so you know exactly what you need for your venue.

BEDROOM Burgess offers a range of practical and comfortable bedroom chairs for business or leisure. For the desk area we have standard chairs or chairs on castors, with the choice of leather or fabric upholstery. For casual spaces we offer a range of comfortable and practical chairs and coffee tables. With hundreds of fabric colours and finishes to choose from we are sure we can find the right option for your room.
EVENTS AND DINING Intimate dining, spectacular weddings or corporate events, the Burgess range of banquet and dining furniture is second to none. We can oer everything you need to make your venue stand out.

CASUAL SEATING Comfy chairs and sofas, rocking chairs and tub chairs, coee tables and stools. These are just some of the products in the Burgess soft seating collection. Small or large rooms can be transformed with a combination of designs and colours. We work closely with many of our customers, oering suggestions and ideas to help you create and redefine spaces your guests will love.
F&B EQUIPMENT We offer an extensive range of practical items to enhance your guest’s experience. Buffet tables with glass or laminate tops that nest or fold, room service trolleys and heater boxes are just some of the items we offer in this range.

WORKING WITH YOU At Burgess Furniture we define spaces. It’s a matter of pride that we can carry out and complete all of our projects in-house from our London headquarters. As a manufacturer, we regularly work with our clients to customise or develop products. Once we have the design you like we can then prepare a room layout, helping you visualize exactly how it will look. Quality and craftsmanship go hand in hand and every design that we make is independently tested to contract standards by FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) to ensure it meets industry standards.
Our quality control department ensures that every product reaches the highest standard before receiving the GB hallmark stamp - the guarantee that it is a genuine, high quality Burgess product. Once they have passed the test they then can be shipped direct to you, wherever you are in the world!
MADE IN BRITAIN All of our projects start and finish in our UK Burgess factory. We are proud of our hard-working team and their passion to produce the best quality and detail. Many people in the team are long serving, with over 40 years of experience and they are now passing their skills to the next generation. We have just launched a brand new showroom at our London headquarters (close to Heathrow Airport) where you can see a permanent display of our entire product
range and examples of commissioned bespoke furniture. We also have offices and showrooms in Dubai and Frankfurt. We’re always happy to welcome prospective clients and specifiers to our site for a guided tour of our showroom and manufacturing facility.
