citizenM • Background: New Hotel Idea & Concept. HFC was asked to provide an integrated facility management solution. All inclusive price per room sold. • Key Actions: Focus on effective and efficient room & workflow design, procurement and execution (alignment). • Results: Hotels outperform the benchmark set in both guest satisfaction & cost of operations (Blue Ocean Strategy). Robust partnership, very suitable for scale-up.
Marriott (Moxy/RI) • Background: Dual branded property. Shared back of house. Outsourced F&B, Gym and Facility Management including maintenance. • Key Actions: Align all back of house acticities from pre-opening stage onwards. Liaise with Marriott and operator on brand standards and execution. • Results: Very positive vibe in pre-opening. Ready to scale in partnership.
Yotel • Background: New Airport Hotel. HFC was asked initially with linen logistics and 24/7 cleaning. • Key Actions: Focus on very flexible and short room turnover times and accomodating up to 300% daily occupancy rate. • Results: Consistenly at least 10% savings on operational expenses.
