940 S. Locust Lane Williams Parks’ 77 acres is home to Blast-Off Playground, a spaceshipthemed wooden play structure. Maple Ridge Trail is a .79-mile crushed stone nature trail in the wooded area along White Lick Creek. Other amenities include six shelters, a second playground, basketball courts, a paved .78-mile oval track, and the Watermill splash pad.

200 N. Green Street Arbuckle Acres Park is the oldest park in Brownsburg. It boasts beautiful mature shade trees on its 68 acres. Amenities include a baseball complex, lighted basketball and tennis courts, 1.3 miles of trails, seven shelters, and a playground shielded with a canopy of trees. This park is also the home to Brownsburg Lions Club’s Bundy Lodge.

610 Stephens Drive Stephens Park is a four-acre neighborhood park that encompasses one picnic shelter and a playground structure. This park is in close proximity to Williams Park. ❹
CARDINAL PROPERTY S. Hornaday Road This property, while undeveloped now, is set to become the next community park in Brownsburg. Features will include parking and a trailhead to the B&O Trail just south of the property, as well as multiple other recreational opportunities.

PRICING POLICY
Brownsburg’s Park Board has established cost recovery goals through the strategic business plan that staff are responsible for implementing. Brownsburg Parks’ programs are priced at market value. Brownsburg residents receive a discounted rate for most programs since they contribute to the overall maintenance and operations of the park system through property taxes. Those who live outside of the corporate Town limits pay the regular fee. Brownsburg Parks approaches the fees for all of the services we provide with careful consideration and research before determining any necessary fee changes, taking into account market value for the services.

NOTE: All shelters that are not previously reserved with Brownsburg Parks’ Administrative Office are on a first come, first served basis. If there is no “Reserved” sign outside of the shelter, it is free to anyone for that day. All rentals are for one day only. The shelter reservation is from 5:00 a.m., when the park opens, until the park closes at dusk.
FACILITY REFUND POLICY
In order to receive a full refund for a shelter reservation, customers must request a refund at least 60 days prior to the reservation date. Refund requests made 30-59 days prior to the reservation date will receive a 50% refund. All refund requests made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date will be denied a refund, but customers may reschedule their reservation for a later date up to one year from the original date reserved. In the event of severe weather resulting in park/amenity closures, Brownsburg Parks has sole discretion to determine if you may be eligible for a household credit allowing the registrant to reserve a new date up to one year from the original date reserved.

Brownsburg Parks welcomes the use of our facilities and shelters for many types of occasions. If you are planning to reserve a shelter or facility for an especially large group, want to host a sports clinic/ tournament/corporate gathering, or plan to have inflatables, please fill out the special events application, which can be found at: www.brownsburg.org > Community > Community Links > Events on Town Property.

LEARN TO SWIM Learn to Swim educates young children on the basic skills of swimming using the American Red Cross curriculum. Children develop recreational and competitive swim strokes at their own pace while learning basic water safety. As the child progresses, so does the curriculum. Lessons take place at the Brownsburg High School Aquatic Center (enter door #10).

PRESCHOOL AQUATICS Preschool Aquatics helps orient preschool-age children, 3-5 years old, to the aquatic environment and helps them acquire beginning aquatic skills. Dusty is a nationally certified water aerobics and swimming/water safety instructor and leads water fitness classes ranging from Gentle Aqua to high intensity Aqua Bootcamp. She enjoys being in the water and believes water aerobics is a great way to burn calories, tone muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness, balance, strength and flexibility. Dusty has a passion for water fitness and encourages aqua exercise for people just beginning or restarting an exercise program, those working to get back in shape after an injury or who have joint or physical issues.

Do you want to improve your balance and strength? Find a relaxed state? Then Yoga is for you! In Yoga Stretch, a stable chair is offered for comfort and reassurance. Regan is a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Registered teacher who has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She received her training locally with Charles and Carol Crenshaw at Inner Peace Yoga Center this past year and has loved teaching ever since. With a strong background in anatomy, Regan helps students to focus on good alignment and deepening their understanding of the way their own body works. Regan’s philosophy of teaching is to go beyond the asanas or poses to help students develop a practice of mindfully thinking, feeling and living their best self.
Judi Daniels Judi has been involved in fitness for over 35 years. She loves to encourage others to be healthy, stay active and enjoy life to the fullest. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer, certified in Senior Strength and Fitness through Exercise, Etc. She is trained in Yoga through the NETA fitness corporation and is trained through the Arthritis Foundation for Tai Chi. Her motto in life is “Just keep moving.”

With an off-site field trip every week, a visit from the Brownsburg Public Library, swimming at the pool, physical activity and crafts, Adventure Camp will teach and enrich all campers throughout the summer!

This program exposes teens (ages 12-16) to adventure, sports and activities at some of the most exciting outdoor environments in Central Indiana! Campers will experience a high-ropes course designed to enhance self-confidence, self-trust, and personal growth while accommodating varying levels of physical ability. We also will focus on team-building exercises and learn the importance of working together as a team. Week 8: July 17 - 21 Rowing Down the River Increased fee due to overnight stay, $165 Field Trips: Camptown: White River Canoe/Overnight Trip - 7/17 & 18 Experience a true adventure with a canoe trip down the White River! Campers will canoe down White River for the day on Monday, rest for the evening at White River Campground, and then continue down the river in the morning to Potters Bridge Park in Noblesville.

Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Ages 3-5. Get your toddler ready for summer day camp with this preschool mini-camp! Children will participate in fun crafts, sports and games that are geared towards the weekly themes.

Week 1: May 30 - June 2 Theme: Aloha Summer Say “Aloha” to summer with Tiny Tots Adventure Camp as we celebrate the summer Hawaiian style with hands-on activities and crafts, STEM science experiments, large group games and special guest from the Brownsburg Public Library! Week 2: June 5 - 9 Theme: Art Smart Get your creative juices flowing as we explore and learn about different artists through hands-on, open-ended art centers, stories, free play, and large motor activities. Week 3: June 12 -16 Theme: Wacky, Wet Week Be prepared to get drenched during this week of splish-splashing fun! Expect to get wet while exploring the properties of water through sink and float activities, watercolor artwork, and the Water Show by Family Time! Week 4: June 19 - 23 Theme: Ready, Set, Go! Tiny tots will explore all things that GO! Kids will have fun having races, discussing things that move fast and slow, and creating their own marble mazes!
Week 5: June 26 - 30 Theme: Safety First, Safety Always
Week 7: July 10 - 14 Theme: It’s a Zoo in Here!
This week tots learn about what it means to be safe, who keeps us safe in our community, and how to stay safe as we play and learn!
Tiny Tots will explore why animals live in zoos, discuss what animals might live in zoos, and learn about different animals and what they need to live in a zoo.
Week 6: July 3 - 7 **Camp will be closed July 4th** Theme: It’s a Mystery! Be ready to gather all the clues by solving mysteries, participating in a scavenger hunt, and paying attention to ALL the details!
Week 8: July 17 - 21 Theme: Little Scientists Science experiments aren’t just for big kids! Tiny tots will explore STEM hands-on activities with an introduction to experiments and discover how exciting science can be!

This program is a fun, instructional way to introduce baseball to 3-4 year olds. Players learn the basics of throwing, catching, fielding, batting and base running. Children then apply what they have learned in fun, non-competitive games. All players will receive a team shirt and an authentic MLB cap! Parents are encouraged to participate in the program. YOUTH LACROSSE CAMP
Boys and girls in grades K-4 learn to play the fastest growing sport in the United States! The sport has elements of soccer, football, basketball and hockey. All equipment is provided in this highly instructional program. Experienced coaches provided by Jump Start Sports lead the training on all fundamentals, including: passing and catching; fielding ground balls; cradling; spacing, positioning and defense. Additionally, players are divided by gender and age to play fun, gamesituational scrimmages. Plastic sticks and soft balls will be provided. No checking, stick checking or poking will be permitted! Brownsburg Lions Club 4th of July Extravaganza! Celebrate our country over five fantastic days, June 30-July 4, at Arbuckle Acres Park. Carnival rides, bingo tent, food and much more daily. Start July 4 off with the 10 a.m. parade through town. The carnival begins at 6 p.m., there’s a concert on the Town Hall Green at 7:45 p.m., and fireworks begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. Carnival tickets are $1.25/ticket or 20 for $20.
