‘Being a butcher is like being a craftsman.’ Hendrik Dierendonck

Hendrik Dierendonck’s childhood dream was to become a butcher. Growing up with the passion and craftsmanship in the family butcher shop made Dierendonck the success story that they are today. Dierendonck offer the guarantee of Belgian, premium-quality meat. They’ve been breeding West-Flemish Red cows at their own farm since 1942,

while respectfully crafting their meat according to the Belgian tradition. This results in a premium-quality meat, fully matured and tender, with a delicate flavour. A real must-try! Before your flight, enjoy your delicious meal made with Dierendonck meat at Belle&Belge (Departure hall) or Bistrot (Pier B).
