DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT DESIGN
GCSE
Students will enjoy this course if they are interested in subjects that are both creative and technical as they are given the opportunity to design and make products. The course places an emphasis on the design and manufacture of quality products, as well as a study of the commercial production of everyday items.

ASSESSMENT Year 10 Students will complete a series of focused practical ‘Design and Make’ tasks. There will also be an internal end of year exam and complete regular end-of-topic assessments to monitor progress.
