The user is presented with a set of letterhead data to choose from. The options are completely customizable and can be a mix of the following fields: • Read-only fields—These fields typically contain corporate information and cannot be modified by the user. • Customizable fields—The user can modify these fields to personalize with an email address or phone number. • Customizable fields that require notification—The user can modify these fields if authorized.
