BRYAN BURROW

President and CEO of the Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra
elcome to our holiday concert. We are pleased to offer this festive program to all of the families of Kern County. This is the first of many extra concerts we are performing in addition to our regular season concerts. Our local talent is amazing and hearing this music live is a phenomenal experience. Most communities must go to Los Angeles or New York to experience a program of this quality. The Bakersfield Symphony Orchestra serves to provide great concerts to our community and music education for the students of Kern County. This not only improves the quality of life in our community; it also inspires our youth to excel in education and in life. Music is a powerful force in all of our lives. The BSO strives to bring a variety of music to our patrons. Stay updated with our season and find additional concert information on our website www.BSOnow.org, including “A Tribute to John Williams”, featuring music from Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jaws, and many more. Our Facebook page will also keep you updated with news, information, and pictures. We hope you enjoy tonight’s concert and consider supporting the BSO. Wishing you and your family a wonderful holiday and a happy New Year!
