Four of these pieces are furniture that combines laminated wood and porcelain, using the molded plywood process. This process involves creating sheets of wood into specific shapes through the use of presses. Subsequently, they are joined with high-strength adhesives and given a finish. This manufacturing method allows designers to create unique and elegant curved furniture pieces that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with other manufacturing methods.

The fifth piece is a unique lamp that is inspired by the sounds of music. This functional art piece has been created using salvaged bronze drum cymbals. The resulting lamp is a harmonious combination of artistic and functional elements that will attract the attention of any viewer.
Each of the exhibited pieces has been created by the talented students of CEDIM’s degree in Industrial Design and Product Development, who have been guided at all times by experts and professors in materials and manufacturing techniques.
During the design process, the students have carried out rigorous research and experimentation, resulting in pieces carefully designed to highlight the qualities and potential of the materials, achieving a harmonious and elegant combination that reflects the vision and commitment of CEDIM with excellence and innovation in design.
