Nairobi Safari Walk
AS I SEE IT
bucci photography Touring the Nairobi Safari Walk was such a breath of fresh air, quite literally. Situated along Lang’ata Road next to the Kenya Wildlife Service Headquarters, the main entrance to the Nairobi National Park. It has such a beautiful scenery with diverse wildlife such as buffalos, leopards, lions, baboons, rhinos, zebras, hyenas just to name a few.

Go out on an adventure. How else will you ever know where you truly belong?
Excited to write my best stories in the pages of my passport
May I go through an adventure as wild as this young heart
I may lose my way but I intend to find my soul
Nairobi Safari Walk It has a boardwalk that allows you to see the beautiful landscape that stretches into the National Park. For photographers, the boardwalk offers a nice platform to capture beautiful shots. Visitors can engage in bird watching where they get an opportunity to view up to 400 + bird varieties. Look out for birds such as ostriches and pygmy kingfishers which are too big to miss.
It offers picnic sites that are so beautiful, peaceful and quiet you may forget that you are actually in Nairobi City. It offers an environment where children and adults too can learn through the help of the guides and also the presence of a children museum. Carry a set of binoculars to help catch a glimpse of even the furthest details, a bottle of water to keep you hydrated throughout the tour, a backpack, casual clothes, a pair of sunglasses and sunscreen. Of course a camera too to capture the beautiful animals and scenery.
