Mindfulness Fundamentals

This multi-week course offers close study in a variety of mindfulness-based topics, including basic practices like body scan, sitting meditation, walking meditation, gentle stretching, and mindful communication. By the end of the course, participants will feel prepared to practically integrate a variety of mindfulness practices into their daily lives. Any level of mindfulness experience welcome. Crochet Baby Sweater and Hat | Intermediate

This adorable newborn baby sweater and hat set will be a gift that parents will cherish. For this course you must have a good knowledge of single and double crochet stitches. This project will require a little work each day, as the project has to move along to learn the next step each week. In this class you will be counting stitches and learning how to read a pattern. The project is small enough to accomplish or be close to finishing by the end of the course. A supply list will be given upon registration. Min 2 | Max 7. TG

Knit Lace Shawl | Intermediate

Having already a good knowledge of your knit and purl stitches, you can expand upon the basics to make a lovely lace rectangular wrap that works up quickly. A supply list will be given upon registration. Min 2 | Max 7. TG

Crochet Beret or Tam | Intermediate

This bobble tam hat will keep you warm and stylish. This is fun and easy if you already know your basic crochet stitches such as the chain and double crochet. Learn to crochet in the round and follow a pattern. The nice thing about tams, is that it doesn’t smash your hair down. Make one, and you will want another in a different color. A supply list will be given upon registration. Min 2 | Max 7. TG
