about the bam project The BAM Project is a transformational community of Christian businesswomen that creates a safe environment in which women can grow. Through a variety of programs, they receive access to high quality resources that train them in business and spiritual enrichment to be successful in life and business. The needs of Christian Businesswomen are largely overlooked in the formal church structure and they are forced to live fragmented lives, rarely blending their spiritual life with their business life. The BAM community provides fellowship, educational and spiritual enrichment through local chapters, weekly podclasses, mastermind groups, teleseminars and conferences. Each month we invite a different non-profit to attend our Tapestry Gathering. The non-profit is gifted with an event registration and vendor table. During the gathering the showcased non-profit shares:
the founders Barb and Stephanie went from being strangers, to competitors, to friends and then to partners. The BAM Project was conceived one rainy day in the front seat of Barb’s car as Stephanie poured out her heart and dream for this project. Barb dreamed of a Christian Businesswoman’s Conference and Stephanie asked to partner with her to put it together - and that is how the BAM Project came to be.

They both live in Rocklin, California and love working with women in the marketplace. Their desire is to see women become unstoppable and to exalt the name of Christ in the business community.
