Opening Session Barbara Wilber & Stephanie Sherwood Barb and Stephanie went from being strangers, to competitors, to friends and then to partners. The BAM Project was conceived one rainy day in the front seat of Barb’s car as Stephanie poured out her heart and dream for this project. Barb dreamed of a Christian Businesswoman’s Conference and Stephanie asked to partner with her to put it together - and that is how the BAM Project came to be. They both live in Rocklin, California and love working with women in the marketplace. Their desire is to see women become unstoppable and to exalt the name of Christ in the business community.

Keynote Presentation Julie Ziglar Norman Julie Ziglar Norman shared the Get Motivated platform with her legendary father, motivational icon Zig Ziglar, for several years before becoming the dynamic, disarming and refreshingly transparent motivational speaker and author she is today. She is comfortable speaking to a small group of 25 or a venue of 25,000. Her unique experience of being raised by the motivators’ motivator has given her a perspective on life and work that keeps her audiences laughing, crying and taking notes. Continuing her father’s Legacy of Encouragement is an honor and a privilege that Julie never expected or sought but her willingness to accept the challenge is inspiring audiences in America and abroad. Her vibrant style of delivery, her honest and transparent assessment of life, and her willingness to share intimate details of personal failures, as well as personal triumphs, has made her a popular crowd favorite. As her famous father once did, Julie has shared the platform with greats like General Colin Powell, Rudy Giuliani, President George W. Bush, Laura Bush, Dr. Robert Schuller, Howard Putnam, Joe Montana, Lou Holtz, Steve Forbes, Sarah Palin, Goldie Hawn, Bill Crosby and many others. Julie has been her father’s editor for almost 20 years and is a winner of the coveted Guideposts Writers Workshop contest. She co-authored Embrace The Struggle: Living Life on Life’s Terms with her father in 2009 and her book, Growing Up Ziglar: A Daughter’s Broken Journey from Heartache to Hope, was released by Guideposts May 1, 2012. Julie’s background in sales, business management, and the service industry, as well as her experience as a wife, mother, step-parent and grandmother, enable her to relate well to just about everyone! Julie lives in the sleepy little town of Alvord, Texas with her beloved husband of 29 years, Jim Norman. They have four children, twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandson.

Breakout Session 3 Kerri Kenyon Kerri’s passion, born out of her own story of grace, is for men and women to walk in the fullness and freedom of their created design. Her passion is to encourage you to address the lies, fear, and shame that invade your life on a daily basis. Her aim is to challenge and equip you to boldly and strategically claim Truth by learning to use the Word of God as your sword. Her messages of hope and freedom are designed to uplift and champion you towards a more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Kerri has a BA in Communication Arts from Cedarville University in Cedarville, OH and a MA in Specialized Ministry from Western Seminary in Portland, OR. After completing her graduate studies she served as the Director of Enrollment, the Dean of Women, and then as the Director of Ministry Relations at Western Seminary. Kerri is the founder of UNFETTERED MINISTRIES. As a counselor she witnesses the Power that raised Jesus Christ from the dead alive in those who were once defeated, hopeless, addicted, and in spiritual bondage on a daily basis. On weekends she shares that same power through the Word of God, at retreats and conferences around the nation. Currently, she resides in Lodi, CA.

Hearing God’ s Voice Notes & Ideas:
19
Your Implementation Plan 7 Steps to Implementation 1. Identify
What does God want to change in my life? What new insights have I gained? What will I commit to change (what is God asking of me)? What am I now passionate about sharing with others? What other questions can you ask yourself?
2. Visualize
A clear picture is needed of where you’ve been and where you’re going. Vision precedes Decision. Ask God to help you “see” how His calling on your life will be lived out.
3. Action Steps
Make a list of action items you’ve thought of as you have discovered God’s change plans for you. What must you act on to fully disengage yourself from the lies, fears and shame that has held you back? What is required of you in order to move into “newness of life”. What encumbrances must be dealt with? What new avenues of service and ministry will you act on?
Who in your sphere of influence and relationships will immediately be touched? Who is God calling you to minister to? What new arena may you now enter? What else?
4. Communicate
What help do you need? Who can you call on as a resource? How can you get the support you need?
5. Schedule “On Time”
Mark off time on your schedule to commit to mental, spiritual and creative work on your insights. Get those action items off the back burner and ON the calendar.
6. Execute
Show up for your scheduled appointments around your action steps. Do what you told yourself you would do.
7. Seek Accountability
Have a partner to keep you accountable for execution (#6). Accountability improves your odds of success 20
Acknowledgements It’s been almost two years since we began dreaming about The Unstoppable Conference. From the outside looking in, we should have given up. But we kept marching forward anyway. And what happened? God brought some amazing women to us who said “I’d like to help you with this conference. “ So, before they could change their mind, we signed ‘em up! They are the reason that this conference went from a dream to a reality. We want you to know who they are. Ladies, we can’t thank you enough. May God richly bless you and lead you to His dream for your life. Barbara & Stephanie

Women’ s Empowerment The mission of Women’s Empowerment is to educate and empower women who are homeless with the skills and confidence necessary to get a job, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and regain a home for themselves and their children. Women’s Empowerment is a holistic program that responds to the unique needs of each woman who is homeless. Through classes, counseling, career mentoring and peer support, she gains the tools to rebuild her life. On-site childcare and supportive services are offered in a safe, nurturing environment where each woman and her family are treated with respect. At Women’s Empowerment, we believe each woman can be the author – and the hero – of her own life. While she may enroll to become job-ready and financially independent, what she reclaims is her dignity, inner strength, and her place in her community. She discovers her empowered voice and become the author of her future, rather than the victim of her past. Most importantly, she regains something life changing and vital: her hope. www.womens-empowerment.org $1.00 of each book below that is sold will be donated to Women’s Empowerment. It is our responsibility to serve and help the less fortunate and every woman deserves to feel she is Unstoppable!
