ART OF JUXTAPOSITION 2 with Virginia Reid The Art of Juxtaposition 2 will extend the 2D graphic collage explorations of The Art of Juxtaposition 1 and provide an opportunity to consider collage as the basis for making paintings and sculptures. Collage is easy and relies only on a willingness to play with possibilities. BREATHING THE LAND 1 with Virginia Reid This art course will focus on deepening our relationship to the landscape we inhabit. We will make use of materials from the landscape to respond to country and incorporate a range of modalities including meditation, walking, observation, drawing, painting and assemblage. Students will be encouraged to work expansively with nature over the duration of the course to refine ideas and bring them to resolution.
