here is excitement in the air! Even before the daffodils pop and the dogwoods wow, the local real estate market is primed and ready for spring. Erin Garcia, REALTOR® with Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates, says she has never seen this kind of interest so early in the year. “There is a great vibe going on with extremely high interest in what the spring market will bring; much higher than usual. It seems as if the hot market period is getting
earlier and earlier in the year. Agents are asking sellers if they might want to list now instead of waiting a few months for the typical spring market.” Garcia isn’t alone in her assessment. “There is consensus in our office that 2020 is starting off on a roll, and that holds true for high end properties and premium tracts of land as well,” says John Ince, REALTOR® at Wiley Real Estate.
