Cal-i-fia, pronounced like California without the “orn”, comes from the legend of Queen Califia, the powerful, black warrior who has come to be known as the “Spirit of California.” The mythical Queen led a formidable army of women warriors who protected their bountiful paradise, later to become recognised as the state of California. When Greg founded Califia Farms, one of his biggest frustrations centered around almond milk in coffee. It clumped, and the taste did not complement coffee. He sought to change that. Enter Califia Farms Barista Blend.
