MARIKINA CITY - The Office of the City Administrator of City of Marikina declared a memorandum implementing the Quick Response (QR) Code system to all of their city officials and employees to strengthen the tracing of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the city.

In the United States of America, the amount of hate crimes committed against Asian people has become astonishing, even though racism was a problem before the pandemic. It became controversial, causing many thousands of Asian people to rally and demand equal civil rights.
