Notes on Worship Assignments, Calvary Baptist Church Thank you for your worship leadership and participation! Please use this guide as a template for the logistics of our Sunday morning worship. A few general suggestions: -
Approach the podium early; for hymns, always approach podium during the final phrases of the last verse; Do not touch or arrange the microphone before speaking; Speak slowly and loudly clearly enunciating consonants (slower and louder than you would speak conversationally); Listen for the sound of your voice echoing back to you. Always ask church staff if you should arrive 30 minutes before service for mic.
