Fifth Year . urban projet + architectural project towards completion of degree theme of degree : CULTURAL SPACES location : Saint Denis (92) / confluence of Saint Denis canal and the River Seine
The site is an area with several warehouses, as well as a tip. It is crossed by two main roads with heavy traffic. The existing haulingtrack in Epinay, north of the site, and that of the Saint-Denis canal, in the south, made it possible to propose a ÂŤlinking projectÂť to the town of Saint-Denis. This work consists in re-creating a public space open to the local population by opening an urban mineral and vegetal space along the river. The public space is limited to the north by a housing area and by a research centre linked to the university Paris 8 in Saint-Denis, therefore creating activity and movement. The architectural project is a culinary centre including a cooking school, a culinary library and a culinary research department. It is integrated to the public space and offers the Saint-Denis inhabitants an enjoyable area with vegetables and flower gardens.

Fourth Year . urban project + architectural project theme : REORGANIZING THE TOWN CENTRE location : Villeneuve-la-Garenne (92)
The town centre of Villeneuve-la-Garenne is today virtually non-existent. There is a central vegetal space, which is almost abandonned and turns its back to the church and the town-hall, on either side of it. The urban project consists in re-creating a central mineral public space wich links the church, the town-hall and the market, which is moved there. The public square will be crossed by a central lane open to buses and bicycles, creating a more fluid traffic and making life in the town-centre easier. Housing units and office blocks will be built around this central area, with their own vegetal spaces, either semi-public or private. These buildings will be part of a two-tier architectural system, one high and the second lower.

Third Year . architectural project theme : MIXTURE OF HOUSING UNITS location : Buzenval (Paris 20)
The site of the project is a very narrow plot of land next to a block of flats in a street of the 20th arrondissement of Paris. Its specificity : the exit of the Buzenval underground station. The priority of the project is to answer the requirements of the plan local d’urbanisme (PLU). The height, width and perspectives of the units have consequently been carefully studied. The project includes an autonomous electric and heating system, which runs thanks to a boiler situated in the basement of each building and to south-oriented solar pannels.
Third Year . architectural project theme : CONSTRUCTION OF 70 HOUSING UNITS location : L窶凖四e Saint Denis (92)
The project is located on the site where the former warehouses of the Galleries Lafayette stood. It aims at creating 70 council apartments. The project consists in two blocks of flats linked by two gangways that run through the entire buildings, thus creating a common terrace. The apartments are designed around a circulation block and each flat enjoys its own private terrace.
Third Year . architectural project theme : EQUIPMENT location : Vitry sur Seine (94)
The project is located along the Seine river. It concerns the creation of educational workshops for students and researchers in architecture. It is designed so as to raise the ground-level and includes a high-ceiling room, dormitories, classrooms and creates a public space with an open view onto the Seine river.
Third and Fourth Years . architectural competition + personnal projects Architectural competition organized by Architectural Competition / Concours d’Architecture (AC/CA) in July 2014. The project is a champagne bar on the edge of the River Seine across from the Institut de France, close to the Pont des Arts in Paris. It creates a space accessible from the top quay above the Seine River through the roof terrace of the bar. This space, represented by a central ramp integrating two bars and a removable concert stage, is at the heart of the project. Elaboration of a building permit for private individuals in December 2013 in Martigues (13). The project consists in designing a summer kitchen as well as a swimming pool in the owners’ garden. Originally, this garden is built on several levels, with many plants and flowers. The owners want a new distribution of the plants and flowers. The access to the garden and the surrounding walls are also redesigned.

Designing of varied plans and perspectives, architectural details, sale designs and models for several architectural agencies. Building permit files for private projects for an independant architect. Follow-through of preliminary and final designs of urban and architectural projects.
