WHITELINE WOODBLOCK: THE PROVINCETOWN PRINT

Adobe Illustrator is a powerful tool for creating v illustrations that can be used in a myriad of ways. In This print technique originated in Provincetown, circa this class, students will learn the basics of Illus 19 5. It is a simple method which uses easily through demonstrations and the hands- on experience of creatin accessible materials. Students will bring a simple logo. We will also discuss the principles of logo design and look at 5”x7” image, drawing, or design to the first class, which will then be examples for inspiration. This class is geared toward Illustrat copied onto a woodblock. Prints are created by transferring the beginners, but students who are looking to grow or refresh their drawing, then carving and inking the block.
