ANETTA G. HELLER EXECUTIVE EDITOR

Photography is the most popular topic nowadays, and it's absolutely something that will never be exhausted since there are so many moments in our lives, places, themes to be covered. Photography is taking different direction in everyone's life. Photographers are exploiting technological advances to produce stunning images and sharing them with a world, but that's not enough in every case. Education plays an important part if you want to take photography any further. There are plenty of workshops with excellent teachers, who will provide you with the best tool; knowledge. We highly recommend browsing Camerapixo website photography resources, which are most wanted information by photographers. Here you can find interviews, workshops, gear, before and after tutorials, photography books and more photography related information and products. Enjoy.

CHRIS FRAIKIN

NETHERLANDS

ARCHTRACTS

MINIMALISTIC EXTRACTS OF IN PARTICULAR ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN OBJECTS Despite his age (born in 1958) Chris Fraikin is still a newcomer to the art of photography. Educated at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, where he studied graphic design in the seventies, he built a professional career for forty years in succession in the graphic, the IT and the music industry. In 2014 he decided to focus more on photography and in search for a direction in photography that would attract him most he attended workshops and made several photo tours as well in The Netherlands as abroad. Besides projects of all kinds, he currently found his main field of interest in what he calls ‘archtracts’: minimalistic extracts of in particular architectural and urban objects. Mainly he roams at industrial sites to discover the objects which are photographed in a contemplative way. In his work you will clearly recognize his original graphic background.

JACEK Ĺ ABĘDZKI POLAND

BEST SOLUTION FOR INDEPENDENT PHOTOGRAPHERS The Camerapixo Press ID Card proved to be the perfect solution for me. For 2 years now I am the holder of the card and for 2 years I was on the first line of fire. Camerapixo Press ID Card is not just a pretty piece of plastic as some believe. This is also a sense of belonging to the group of outstanding photographers from around the world, such as Magnus Persson (Sweden), Antonio Perrone (Italy), Christian Kleiman (New Zeland), Charles Winslow (USA), and many other great photographers. It is also the possibility of additional assistance and great support from the editors of Camerapixo Photography Magazine in dealing with the press offices. Camerapixo Press Card gives me confidence in crisis situations, such as demonstrations and riots, where I often have to deal with the police and a hostile crowd of people. Knowing that I'm not an anonymous photographer but member of the Camerapixo gives me motivation to work better and with continuous improvement. It is also a commitment to follow the photojournalist Code of Ethics.
