Why to be

A

?

Dear potential candidate, you maybe asking yourself, why to be a ? Be a “Pi” represent a huge responsibility that can impact the future generations of the Pura Vida Gen, for that reason the BOP 2016 together with you are striving every day to achieve our goals not for us but for the future of the entity, because as “Pi” we believe that the legacy is the answer to become a youth movement that Costa Rica and the world needs, for that we want to be a Legend Of Success through purposeful actions to transform the future.

As LCP you need to always have your mind on the vision of your LC and the goals you have, you need to know how your LCVPs are doing and how the whole LC is working. You can support your LCVPs and members but you cannot operate with them. And at the end of the day, the LC will be in your hands, it will depend on you if the LC reach the goals or not. To be an LCP for one year is one of the most powerful positions you can find in AIESEC because you become the direct leader of a whole committee, the LC will become just like you and you will lead directly for a year more than 5 persons. An experience that will change your life.

General information DDL for the application package will be: Aug 29th 11:59 pm (GMT-6) The application will not be accepted if: The application package is not complete The application is send out of the DDL Any question is not answered If the package is send on the DDL but is incomplete All the document can be answered in english or spanish.

1. Questionnaire: Answer all the questions. Maximum 20 pages and save it as a PDF. (You can included a cover page as an extra page). 2. CV: Include all important information. Personal information, contact, studies, languages, AIESEC career, other jobs, etc. (including your AIESEC career in your CV means you mention the positions you had, duration and main responsibilities). 3. Endorsement letters: You need to provide 4 letters: -Someone who is leading you directly in this moment (LCVP or MCVP) -A member who worked with you or is working directly with you in this moment (LCEB, LCEB from others LC, team) -A member you led or you leading right now. -An external (alumni, parent, professor, friend)

Make a SWOT analysis of the current situation of AIESEC in TEC. How the strengths and opportunities can be used to attack the weaknesses and threats in your term? • 3. Make a small investigation about the entrepreneurial and sustainable development projects running or planned in Cartago by the Municipality or another entity. How can AIESEC in TEC contribute to achieve these goals? How can we align them with the SDGs and our vision? • 4. What strategies do you propose to ensure: (Choose 3 items)
