Awards With the aim of recognizing integral effort for our entities sĚ growth and a positive delivery of our core value and impact, the National Awards 2016 will be based on the accomplishment of our fruit peak 2016 work, good practices and processes along with the implementation of leadership in all of our experiences. We want to award those LCs and members that set an example of responsible and committed leadership towards the accomplishment of the generation of ticos AIESEC wants to generated. Pura Vida!

1. Excellence Award The Excellence Award wants to recognize the LC that has achieved a clearly visible, integral and sustainable growth throughout this year . This includes criteria such as performance (absolute and relative growth), process efficiency, leadership development and LC culture development. To apply to this award, you need to go to http://bit.ly/ ExcellenceAwardCR and answer the questions and send the videos asked. You can answer in Spanish the questions. The deadline to send the application is 12rd of July, 2016 11:59pm. Take into consideration

• Data and results should be from the 1st of January to 10th July of 2016. • Include clear, relevant and real information in your answers.

Outstanding Leader Award With the idea of recognizing all the incredible stories of leadership development, the Outstanding Leader Awards wants to recognize that person that represents the type of leader that AIESEC wants to develop. For this award the position, title or time in the organization do not count. It is all about you as a leader. We will open nomination for the outstanding leader award and all the members of AIESEC in Costa Rica can nominate anyone. After that we will host a pool where people can vote and select from the nominates. The timeline will be: • • • •
