 JUSTIFICATION
OF
THE
BANNER

In
first
place
we
have
David
with
a
sling.
The
faded
lines
around
it
represent
the
movement
that
David
made
 with
his
sling,
and
it
is
done
in
a
way
to
form
the
shape
of
a
heart.
 I
 would
 like
 to
 explain
 why
 a
 heart.

 Although
 we
 do
 not
 face
 giants
 measuring
 three
 meters,
 we
 do
 face
 challenges
that
sometimes
look
like
giants
and
they
scare
us.

The
lesson
David
teaches
us
is
simple:
if
in
the
 name
of
Jehovah
of
the
Army,
we
decide
to
defeat
all
that
cause
you
to
doubt
the
loyalty
and
faithfulness
of
our
 powerful
God
while
He
is
guiding
His
people,
a
great
victory
for
our
marvelous
God
is
won
in
the
strong
and
 courageous
hearts
of
His
children.
 The
 first
 thing
 we
 need
 to
 conquer
 in
 order
 to
 be
 true
 Pathfinders
 is
 our
 hearts,
 because
 life
 flows
 from
 the
 heart.
 It
 was
 with
 a
 courageous
 and
 strong
 heart
 that
 David
 defeated
 Goliath;
 Joseph
 kept
 his
 integrity
 before
 sin;
 Daniel
prayed
to
his
God
with
the
windows
open
in
spite
of
the
royal
decree
….
 Concerning
the
colors,
yellow
represents
youth
and
energy
and
Christ´s
justice,
blue
represents
loyalty,
and
red
 the
blood
of
Christ.
 The
plaque
to
the
bottom,
along
with
being
a
frame
around
the
Theme
of
the
event,
serves
as
the
base
for
all
the
 elements
which
makes
up
the
entire
banner.

all
participating
clubs
could
take

of
officials
who
will
be
assigned
for
grading
the
event.
On
Friday
evening
 we
will
have
a
demonstration
of
the
10
best
clubs
in
a
majestic
exhibition
of
marches.
These
clubs
will
 receive
recognitions.
Now
we
will
present
the
guidelines
of
this
classic
event.

 Participants

 Minimum12
 persons,
 maximum
 unlimited.
 The
 person
 giving
 the
 orders
 could
 be
 outside
of
the
squadron
or
can
join
in
with
them
on
certain
occasion
if
he
sees
it
convenient.

 Time

5
minutes.
4
minutes
into
the
march
the
official
will
blow
the
whistle
to
announce
that
there
is
 one
 minute
 remaining.
 The
 tolerance
 time
 for
 not
 causing
 the
 team
 to
 be
 disqualified
 will
 be

 seconds.
The
presentation
will
be
finished
when
the
formation
is
broken
to
leave
the
platform.

 The
 place
 and
 hour
 assigned
 will
 be
 the
 only
 opportunity
 for
 your
 participation.

 If
 a
 club
 is
 not
 present,
 there
 will
 not
 be
 another
 place
 or
 time
 for
 their
 presentation.
 The
 clubs
 should
 be
 in
 the
 waiting
line
30
minutes
before
the
assigned
hour.

 Officials
 Each
 team
 of
 officials
 that
 will
 be
 grading
 is
 comprised
 of
 (8)
 persons:
 principal
 official,
 official
for

official
marking
the
time,
official
for
order
and
four
other
officials
for
the
corners.

 Way
 of
 evaluation
 The
 evaluation
 interpretation
 is
 categorized
 in
 four
 points:
 regular,
 good,
 very
 good
and
excellent.
The
following
aspects
will
be
evaluated:

 1.
Straight
lines
and
columns
at
all
times
during
the
march.

 2.
Synchronization
in
the
movements.

 4.
Uniform,
of
the
Pathfinder.
You
could
add
gloves
and/or
neck
kerchiefs.

 5.
Evolutions.

 There
will
be
free
practice
and
use
of
instruments.

Medals
will
be
given
only
to
the
squadrons
who
obtain
first,
second
and
third
places.

 ENTRANCE
AND
EXIT
 You
 should
 request
 permission
 from
 the
 principal
 official
 to
 start
 your
 march.
 When
 he
 gives
 the
 authorization,
 the
 official
 controlling
 the
 time
 will
 blow
 the
 whistle
 and
 the
 5
 minutes
 will
 start
 running.
 Each
 club
 will
 decide
 where
 their
 march
 will
 start.
 From
 the
 moment
 the
 official
 indicates
 that
it
is
your
turn,
you
have
30
seconds
to
request
permission
to
start
your
march.

 When
the
march
is
finished
and
you
break
rows,
you
have
15
seconds
to
clear
the
field
or
platform.

If
 your

marching

SWIMMING
EVENT
 The

event
will
be
by
Conferences/Missions.
The
previous
eliminations
should
be
 in
your
field
during
a
Camporee
or
a
Club´s
fair.
(No
club
will
be
allowed
to
use
the
facility
(pool)

 Way
of
Evaluation
–
Four
styles
of
swimming
will
be
scored:
butterfly,
breast
stroke,
back
stroke
and
 crawl.
The
order
and
style
of
swimming
for
each
participant
is
left
to
the
criteria
of
each
group,
but
the
 order
of
the
event
will
be:

 1.
Back
stroke
 2.
Breast
stroke
 3.
Butterfly
 4.
Crawl
or
free
stroke

 The
style
of
swimming
of
each
participant
should
be
according
to
the
proper
technique
of
that
specific
 style.
So
then,
if
a
team
does
less
time
because
of
not
complying
with
the
style
of
swimming
or
invades
 another
lane,
they
will
be
disqualified.

The
officials
for
this
event
will
be
experts
in
the
material.

 Medals
will
be
given
to
the
teams
who
obtain
