Campsmount (A Co-Operative Academy) Ryecroft Road Norton Doncaster DN6 9AS ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER (L12-L16) £49,130 - £54,305 per annum Required from September 2013, Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding school leader to join the Senior Leadership Team.

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who has:  A dynamic and enthusiastic approach with excellent interpersonal skills  Up to date knowledge of teaching and learning and is an outstanding teacher  Effective leadership and management experience  Outstanding strategic ability  Clear understanding of educational excellence and the knowledge of how to achieve this  The ability to identify and lead change in a positive and inspirational way  The ability to provide support and guidance to others Responsibilities will include the development and monitoring of systems and procedures which help to :  establish outstanding behaviour for learning, building upon existing good practice to ensure our school culture and ethos is aspirational, nurturing and rigorous  ensure student safety, taking the lead role in child protection and safeguarding  play a central role in driving up achievement at Key Stage 4 The specific responsibilities of the postholder will be subject to determination by the Headteacher in consultation with the successful candidate.

Campsmount is a successful 11 – 18 Academy, our latest Ofsted inspection in December 2010 confirmed previous judgements that the school is ‘good with outstanding features’. In April 2012 we had the added advantage of moving into our new school buildings which provide fantastic facilities for students and staff.
