We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who has: A dynamic and enthusiastic approach with excellent interpersonal skills Up to date knowledge of teaching and learning and is an outstanding teacher Effective leadership and management experience Outstanding strategic ability Clear understanding of educational excellence and the knowledge of how to achieve this The ability to identify and lead change in a positive and inspirational way The ability to provide support and guidance to others Responsibilities will include the development and monitoring of systems and procedures which help to : establish outstanding behaviour for learning, building upon existing good practice to ensure our school culture and ethos is aspirational, nurturing and rigorous ensure student safety, taking the lead role in child protection and safeguarding play a central role in driving up achievement at Key Stage 4 The specific responsibilities of the postholder will be subject to determination by the Headteacher in consultation with the successful candidate.
