The good, the bad and the ugly of Summernats Everything that Australia’s colourful car enthusiast culture has to offer was on full display at Summernats 36 at Exhibition Park in Canberra, with show cars, burnouts, music, hoon driving and fights all featuring at the event. On the positive side, 130,000 attended the festival across the four days, 4–7 January, while 2,500 cars entered into the event from across Australia and even New Zealand. Entries into the event sold out in record time, while spectator tickets also sold out for the second year in a row. Unfortunately, a small minority have once again marred the event, with police blaming moronic drivers with an IQ of a shoe size for the bad behaviour. Intelligence checks rather than vehicle inspections at the ACT border would have halved the problems police faced, said one officer, who branded some drivers “morons” and Neanderthals. ACT Policing seized 13 cars, including a Holden Commodore for doing a burnout just metres from pedestrians. The 22-year-old behind the wheel was

suspended for driving in the ACT for three months. Two children and two adult passengers were also in the car during the manoeuvre. Two people were also arrested on Saturday for anti-social behaviour. “If we set up an IQ-testing station at the border instead of a vehicle-testing station we’d halve our problems,” Acting Inspector Mark Richardson told reporters on Monday. “The real car enthusiasts are not the problem, it’s the moron tourism.” Police were running around playing “WhacA-Mole” across Canberra with “a sub-species of the human race” as they did illegal burnouts and engaged in anti-social behaviour. “It’s not the people that are going there to enjoy the event, it’s the people that go there just to do anti-social behaviour,” he said. “They just literally come down here to see, ‘how big of a pest can I be this week?’. “The behaviour of these drivers, they just haven’t evolved very far.” Residents also expressed disdain at loud burnouts and revs along Canberra’s main road

as well as the incorrect use of electric scooters, including people doing donuts in crowded public places. Police are also investigating footage of a fight posted to social media. “The footage that we saw was quite disturbing,” Acting Superintendent Rod Anderson said. Summernats and security contractor Red Dawn have already begun an investigation into the incident involving security staff and patrons on Saturday afternoon. - With Dominic Giannini in Canberra, AAP

news Laura Nuttall: free preschool initiative a strong first step ‘Yes, and…’ Universal 300 hours of free three-year-old preschool is a great first step for early childhood education. The ACT Greens are thrilled to see the ACT Government honour our joint commitment to rolling out universal access to early childhood education for three-year-olds by 2024. Per the Parliamentary and Governing Agreement, ACT Greens and ACT Labor agreed to deliver universal access to early learning for three-year-old children in the ACT. Together, we committed to providing our three-year-old children one day per week of early childhood education, 48 weeks a year, by 2024. As of the 1st of January this year, we have met that goal. 300 hours of free early childhood education is an important first step in furthering the ACT Greens’ 2020 commitment to accelerate the rollout of 15 hours a week of universal early childhood education for all three-yearolds in the ACT by the 2021 school year. While the ACT Greens would have liked to see this scheme rolled out by the 2021 school year, we understand that ambitious initiatives like this one take time and money. We welcome this meaningful contribution to the support available for ACT parents and carers. In its current form, the scheme already saves the average eligible family $1329. More importantly, free universal early childhood education takes the pressure off of families and caregivers dealing with the increasing cost of living. The more free early childhood education we provide for three-year-olds, the more we empower parents and carers to work, study and volunteer to support themselves and their families. For women in particular, the affordability and accessibility of early childhood education play a huge part in whether or not they can participate in the workforce. We know the Commonwealth Government

understood this when they rolled out free childcare during the first few months of the COVID pandemic. However, these measures were too soon dialled back, and early childhood educators were left high and dry as one of the first groups to lose access to Jobkeeper. When 96% of workers in early childhood education are women, it just doesn’t seem fair to pull back when we should be providing more support, not less. As we’ve been saying since 2020, we want the ACT Government to follow the recommendations of the Productivity Commission and expand universal early childhood education for three-year-olds to at least 15 hours per week. We may well need to get even more ambitious: recommendations from the Productivity Commission’s draft report into A path to universal early childhood education and care set 30 hours or 3 days per week as a fair target. As the cost of living increases, our parents, carers and early childhood educators are going to need more support. When the report comes out, I anticipate that the ACT Government is going to need to hold onto that ambition to provide affordable, accessible, world-class early childhood education for everyone. Of course, the Productivity Commission’s recommendations are federal. In that vein, we earnestly encourage ACT Labor to join us in calling for more federal support and subsidies for early childhood education. For now though, as the ACT Greens’ education spokesperson I commend the ACT Government for taking this vital first step in making early childhood education so much more accessible for Canberrans. I look forward to future early childhood education reforms that will cement Canberra’s place as a city where we can all learn and thrive from day dot. - Laura Nuttall MLA, ACT Greens Education spokesperson. canberradaily.com.au

Worried about school refusal? How to use the holidays to help your child

T

hese long summer holidays may seem like an extra blessing to families who are dealing with a child who does not like school or who refuses to go. But even as January stretches out in front of us, parents will no doubt be thinking about the challenge of getting their child back to school again. I do research on young people’s engagement with school and have previously worked as a guidance officer, supporting families dealing with school refusal. How can families use the holidays to lay the groundwork for a more positive school year ahead?

What is school refusal?

School refusal is not “wagging”. A recent Senate inquiry noted there is no commonly agreed definition but described it as: the inability of a young person to attend school due to a severe negative emotional reaction to school. It is often rooted in complex issues that can include anxiety, depression, neurodiversity and school bullying. Anecdotally, it has been on the rise since COVID.

Start by talking

If you have a child who has been refusing to go or talking about refusing to go, try to be supportive at home by encouraging them to express their concerns and thoughts about school. Actively listen to the reasons why your child is reluctant to attend school. You can do this by calmly asking: If we could make one thing different at school this coming year, what would it be? This will help you understand why your child is reluctant and how you can best support them. 10

11 January 2024

Keep a routine going

Schools are built on routine. So, try to maintain some sense of routine during the holidays to make for a smoother transition for your child at the end of January. You could try and schedule time for outdoor play, screen time, fun games as well as household chores. Maintaining set times for meals and sleep are also essential. Maintaining positive connections with friends from school can also help. Having a positive social connection with a schoolmate over the break can help to ease worries about heading back to school. Being able to talk with peers on the first day back about what you did together on the holidays can also be a powerful way to start to build a sense of belonging at school. Try and keep in contact with school friends during the holidays.

Keep in touch with your school

While teachers are on (well-earned) holidays, schools will be contactable before the start of term 1. If your child has a history of school refusal, maintaining a positive line of communication with the school is important. See if you can find out their new teacher and talk to school support staff like school counsellors before school returns so you can work together to explore support options. Don’t be afraid to make that initial contact in the week leading up to the new school year. Most school staff will appreciate the gesture. They will be keen to work proactively with you and your child rather than trying to react to the challenges that come with school refusal once term has begun.

What else can you do?

If school refusal is an ongoing issue for your child, spending the time now to seek professional help can also be

a great idea. Use this time to do some of your own research and connect with qualified health professionals, therapists or specialists who can provide the necessary support. A good starting point would be a visit to your GP who may refer you to a child psychologist or paediatrician (although be aware, there may be long waiting lists for some specialists). Try and build a network of support for your child that intersects the home, school and therapeutic environments. By working together with your child, a successful transition back to school is much more likely.

While academic learning may have been easier at home, we need to think about the purpose of education. It is not just about academic learning and qualification. Socialisation is a key purpose also. Schools are designed to teach our children how to interact positively with others outside of the home as part of their social development. So it is worth hanging in there, if you can (while of course acknowledging mainstream school does not end up working for all students and there is a growing number of alternatives).

Why it’s worth trying to make school work

Trying to get on the front foot

I’m sure any parent with a child who is school refusing has at some time wondered if it’s worth the struggle of getting kids to school. As someone who has worked in mainstream schools and distance education, along with being a parent during COVID, I can see why school avoidance is a growing phenomenon. Many of us found our kids learning more and learning faster at home. Without the classroom distractions and added stress of being crammed into an institutional setting, some found learning easier and more enjoyable.

These long summer holidays are a good opportunity to get on the front foot in terms of your child’s feelings about school. Try and use this time to seek allies in school staff, mental health professionals and encourage continued friendships for your child. Remember your friends too. Reach out for help from your support network as you walk with your child into the new school year. - Corey Bloomfield This article is republished from The Conversation under a Creative Commons licence. canberradaily.com.au

Feathertop Winery Private Estate is a working vineyard growing 22 grape varieties. Members of the winery’s Summit Cru Wine Club are welcome to visit any day of the week.

Luxury getaway: Feathertop Winery Private Estate For a luxurious getaway par excellence, head to Feathertop Winery Private Estate, south of the border in Victoria’s glorious Alpine Valleys. Julie Samaras recently spent an indulgent weekend there, exploring this beautiful part of the world, as a guest of the Estate’s owner, award-winning agribusiness woman, Janelle Marsden.

V

enture down the Hume Highway to Wodonga, then turn left towards the Victorian Alpine Valleys, driving through verdant undulating countryside and quaint townships. It’s a pleasant four-and-a-half-hour journey (plus rest stops) from Canberra to Feathertop Winery Private Estate, where I recently spent a weekend exploring the vineyards and surrounds, staying in the luxury accommodation on site. The Vineyard Residence sits on the eastern side of the valley, above the vineyards, gracefully curving around the side of the hill into which it nestles. The verandah, outdoor spaces and expansive full-height double-glazed windows offer panoramic views of the Alpine Valleys and majestic Mount Buffalo opposite. Sit outside, glass of Feathertop wine in hand as the sun sets behind the mountains, throwing a pink glow across the darkening sky as the moon glows and a galaxy of stars sparkle above. An architect by profession, owner Janelle Marsden designed the elegant four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom residence as her family home, before relocating to a 12

smaller home she designed on the property when her children moved away to study. Like its charismatic designer, the original residence is impressive yet unpretentious and welcoming. Comfortably sleeping up to six adults and four children, it’s an ideal place for groups of friends or multi generational families to spend time together. Two smaller accommodation options are located nearby at the winery, which is a popular venue for weddings; wedding parties often booking out the onsite accommodation. Pulling into the residence’s white pebble driveway, I’m immediately struck by the pavilion housing the stunning infinity-edge pool with heated spa and discrete guest suite. This connects to the main house via an undercover alfresco. Walk through the front door crafted from old wine barrels and into the expansive living and dining area where a statement fish tank brimming with colourful tropical fish grabs your attention before the astounding panorama draws you away. The open kitchen features a mirror splashback reflecting the breathtaking views, and is well-equipped with every utensil, appliance, spice jar, dinnerware and glassware you could require,

Guests can explore nearby bushwalks, swim or kayak in the Buckland and Ovens Rivers, and cycle on the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail which runs right past the property.

including plastic glasses for the pool area. The adjacent butler’s pantry is stocked with a range of quality staples. In the fridge you’ll find fresh eggs, butter, a selection of milks (dairy, almond, soy), juice, sparkling water, smoked chicken, ham, bacon and cheeses. A welcome bottle of wine of your choice awaits you on the polished farmhouse dining table that comfortably seats 12. More wines of your choice are available from the wine fridge in the butler’s pantry (charges apply). A powder room is conveniently located on this level. Leading off the entertaining area is an alfresco pizza oven and outdoor seating area with firepit, an especially popular spot with guests in the cooler months. Downstairs are the remaining three bedrooms – one double, another with four bunks, and the master suite and ensuite with freestanding bath, which leads to a secluded outdoor sitting area – plus a cosy sitting room, the family bathroom, laundry, and Janelle’s private wine cellar. I chose to stay in the poolside guest suite, convenient for retreating after relaxing in the pool and heated spa anytime of day or night. The vineyard’s splendour also makes it a popular destination for outdoor music events and stylish weddings, with beautiful outdoor spaces for the ceremony and reception of your dreams (and spacious indoor alternatives if the weather turns). (from p12) WHERE WE ATE On our first night, we drove 3km to Porepunkah township to dine at the Punka Pub, which Janelle co-owns. A few years back, she was dining there with friends when the pub was up for sale, and on a whim, they decided to buy it and do it up. The refurbished interior seamlessly blends country pub vibe with tasteful contemporary décor, appealing to both locals and city slickers, as does the affordable menu and extensive local wine list. It’s the right setting for an elevated yet well-priced, hearty pub meal. Our server Yvonne suggested the prawn and ginger dumplings to share for entrée. Our two mains – salmon with crispy smashed potato, beetroot and feta salad served with a delicate dill aioli, and crispy salt and pepper squid with crispy handcut chips and salad – were tasty and perfectly cooked. The local wine list is exceptionally well-priced; especially by the bottle. My house white (3740 sauv blanc, made at Feathertop) was excellent value at $10 a glass, plus-one chose the Feathertop pinot gris for $12, followed by the Feathertop Tawny for $15. For dessert, the chocolate hazelnut mousse was featherlight, smooth and delicately flavoured; the sticky date pudding was delightfully dense, warm and sweet, accompanied by fresh berries and ice cream. This is good-value, generous pub fare. Highly recommended. Porepunkah Pub, 12 Nicholson St, Porepunkah VIC 3740 W: porepunkahpub.com.au T: 03 5756 2111 As an optional extra, Feathertop Winery guests can enjoy in-house catering (advance notice required). We were treated to a selection of dishes from the caterer’s wedding menu: canapes of crab croquettes, tempura tuna nori, duck crepes and salmon cerviche crackers to name a few; shared mains of Cape Grim eye fillet, and baked salmon with balsamic ginger glaze, plus sides of zucchini, mint and fetta salad, charred cos with pecorino and dill, and duck fat roasted chat potatoes; and for dessert, delicious bite-size gingersnap cheesecakes, crème brulée tarts, and chocolate Frangelico waffle cups. We were privileged to be joined over dinner by Janelle, who led us through a tasting of several of Feathertop’s fine wines while sharing her vision and the inspiring story behind the Estate. For Janelle, sustainability is crucial; all aspects of the winery and accommodation reflect her ethos of “touching the earth lightly” – like a 14

feather. The onsite 52kw solar array provides all the Estate’s power requirements, and the reedbed water treatment and composting ensures a closed loop waste system. The catering menu is available when enquiring about accommodation/ venue bookings. Not available in stores, Feathertop wines are sold through the Summit Cru Wine Club, which allows members exclusive access to the vineyard estate and 22 varieties of wine at the winery’s best prices. On Saturday, we drove 10km to the charming resort town of Bright where we wandered the streets, walked alongside the sparkling Ovens River where families swan and splashed, and enjoyed the easy 3.4km return Canyon Walk. On Sunday, we went bushwalking in the national park at the foothills of Mount Buffalo before driving back to Canberra.

WHAT WE DID One of Feathertop’s most popular optional extras is an in-house massage of your choice by the skillful and delightful Priscilla Armstrong from Bright Spa. By prior arrangement, Priscilla will bring her mobile massage service to your accommodation at the winery, transforming the poolside suite into a soothing sanctuary. Or you can book an appointment at her luxury day spa in nearby Bright, just a 10-minute drive away. Trekking towards health equity for Australian women Respected Canberra journalist Louise Maher narrowly avoided a major heart attack and is now urging other women not to miss the more subtle signs of life-threatening heart disease. She’s also encouraging Canberrans to take on the inaugural Coastrek Canberra event in March around Lake Burley Griffin to raise money in support of much-needed research into women’s experience with heart disease. Women don’t always experience the typical crushing chest pain that is associated with a heart attack. Ms Maher, 62, considered herself fit and healthy and in 2014 initially experienced what seemed to be minor symptoms: heartburn after eating certain foods and breathlessness during uphill walks. Despite these symptoms, initial tests including an electrocardiogram (ECG) and stress tests indicated no apparent issues. Even tests for a

stomach ulcer returned clear. However, Ms Maher’s family history of heart disease – her father suffered a heart attack in his 40s – prompted her to investigate further. It was a ‘sliding doors’ moment that likely saved her life. A subsequent angiogram revealed three significant blockages in her coronary arteries. This immediately led to the insertion of three stents, averting a potentially fatal heart attack. Her cardiologist described Ms Maher as a “walking time bomb.” Ms Maher’s case is a powerful reminder of the importance of educating women that chest pain is not the only symptom they should be concerned about when it comes to heart health. She has since joined the ACT Heart Foundation Advisory Board and has become an ambassador for Coastrek’s new Canberra event which will take place in March 2024. Ms Maher urged Canberrans to gather a team

of four and enter Coastrek, with registrations closing by 4 February, 2024. “Coastrek is a fun and fantastic way to raise funds for female heart disease research while looking after your own heart health through the power of exercise, healthy eating, and social connection,” she said. Coastrek Canberra is on 15 March, 2024. The newest Coastrek boasts less sand than the classic locations but will bring the same vibrant Coastrek energy to the heart of Australia’s bush capital. Get your team of four together for an epic trek around Canberra’s iconic Lake Burley Griffin where cultural landmarks combine with natural bushland surrounds and a stunning Autumn backdrop. Choose either a 30km full-day adventure or a Twilight 20km trek crossing the finish line at dusk, and hike for healthy hearts with all the same magic we’re known for - fun, fitness, friends and fundraising, all in support of the Heart Foundation. HAVE YOU HEARD? GIVIT donation of the week: Air conditioner

OzHarvest donation appeal

GIVIT is working with an organisation in the ACT that provides assistance to refugees as they begin their new lives in Australia. They are requesting an air conditioning unit for a refugee family with kids experiencing extreme hardship. This family’s house is uncomfortably hot, with temperatures inside the home often higher than outside. The only cooling appliance they have is a fan which cannot provide relief from the intense heat. This makes it difficult for the family to carry out daily activities, and with a hot summer ahead, they could really benefit from an air conditioning unit in their home. GIVIT is requesting a voucher to purchase a unit for this family. Your donation will provide significant relief and help improve this family’s living condition. Generous Canberrans can donate a voucher or fund the request directly on the GIVIT website. 100% of the funds received by GIVIT will be used to purchase the vouchers needed. To donate or fund this request, visit: GIVIT. org.au/what’s-needed, search Category: ‘Air conditioner’; Location: ‘ACT’.

Food rescue charity OzHarvest Canberra and the ACT Container Deposit Scheme are working hard to turn waste into resources that help the community and environment. When you return your empty drink containers through the ACT Container Deposit Scheme, you can donate your refund to OzHarvest and support them as they save food from landfill and provide meals to people in need. 10 containers donated equal $1 which equals 2 meals. Simply place your containers in the purple OzHarvest bin at Cash-Back Depots in Belconnen, Phillip, Mitchell or Fyshwick, or at Waves Car Wash sites across Canberra. Every can counts.

Kippax Holiday Happenings Kippax Uniting Church, opposite Kippax Woolworths carpark, will run its Holiday Happenings on 18 and 25 January 10am-2pm. These are fun days of craft and games for children who were in primary school, not preschool, in 2023. Please register with the church office on 6254 1733. The cost is $5 per child (max $10 per family) and children should bring lunch, a hat and water bottle.

Braidwood Book Fair The Braidwood Book Fair is on Wednesday 24 to Sunday 28 January 9am4pm at National Theatre, Wallace St, Braidwood (opposite the Bakery & Bendigo Bank). Known for the huge variety of books for all ages, plus DVD’s, CD’s, records, puzzles, magazines and more. Lots of treasures to be found, all sorted; sections for golden oldies, interesting and collectables. Fantastic children’s section. More info: 0418 291 141 or braidwoodbookfair@gmail.com

Red Cross tips to survive summer heat Australian Red Cross offers tips for coping with heatwaves during summer: Drink regularly (even if you don’t feel thirsty. Water is the best option); Eat little and often, rather than large meals; Stay indoors in the coolest rooms of your house; Take cool showers and splash yourself with cold water several times a day; Make sure there is sufficient air flow, either from an air conditioner or by leaving a secured window or door open; If you must go out, stay in the shade, wear a hat, light-coloured, loose-fitting clothes, and sunglasses, and apply sunscreen; Look out for your family, friends and neighbours. Now showing The Holdovers (M) In December 1970, at a New England boarding school, the unpopular, pompous, and overly strict history teacher Paul Hunham (Paul Giamatti) hands out severely harsh grades to his class just before the Christmas holidays. As punishment for failing a student of a wealthy school donor, Hunham is forced to supervise the ‘holdover’ students left on campus for the holidays, including the troubled and rebellious 15-year-old Angus Tully (Dominic Sessa). Evoking the feel of the 1970s, complete with film look, the movie’s story is poised on the tipping point of when ordinary Americans were first privy to the horrors of war via televised media. The male boarding school students are neglected by their privileged parents over the school holiday and are forced to stay even further away from the reality of

the times on their elite campus. The students are soon given a reprieve, apart from Angus who unfortunately is unable to contact his mother and new stepfather for the permission needed to join an impromptu ski trip. Completing an odd family trio for the holidays is school head cook Mary (Da’Vine Joy Randolph), who caters to the sons of the privileged while mourning the recent death of her own son in the Vietnam War. While all three predictably attempt to come to a shared understanding of each other and of themselves, it is done so with nuance, grace and bittersweetness. Verdict: Reuniting the director and lead of Sideways, the movie is on track to becoming a modern Christmas classic. - Luke McWilliams themovieclub.net

However, someone is pulling the strings from the shadows, and de Paynes must find out why. French spy turned author Jack Beaumont provides a gripping sequel to his debut, The Frenchman. WITH ASSISTANT PROFESSOR DR VIVIENNE LEWIS, CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST AT UNIVERSITY OF CANBERRA

Being mentally well in 2024 The start of a new year is a great time to reflect on our mental wellbeing in the previous year, what we did well, and what we could improve on going forward. Now is a good time to make some goals for change or positive maintenance for the year ahead. When we are mentally well, we have feelings we can manage, such as feeling in control of our stress. Think about how you are going to take it down a notch this year. Perhaps this year we can ask for more help, have more downtime, engage in more fun activities, and keep moving our bodies in ways that feel good. Think about what things you did or didn’t do last year that either took away your energy (so you want to do less of) or gave you energy and joy (and so you want to do more of). Did doing some regular exercise help with your stress levels? Did always saying yes to others drain your energy? Did you do things you enjoyed and that gave you pleasure? How did you wind down? Think about what habits you want to continue because they enhance your life and which ones you want to stop because they are

detrimental. Having more social media breaks is important for those trying to study, for example. Before we all get busy going back to work or school and start getting stressed again, take some time to think about how you are going to care for yourself this year. Am I going to have more time to myself? Am I going to rest more or get more sleep? Am I going to feed my body better? Once you’ve decided on some wellbeing goals, then work out a plan of how you are going to put them into action. When are you going to care for yourself? What time and day are you going to do your self-care? Work out what is going to get in the way of you looking after yourself and have a backup plan. For example, if you’re going to try and do some relaxation such as reading a book, taking some breaths, or listening to some soothing music, when will you do this and how do you make sure nothing interferes with this? Looking after ourselves is crucial if we are caring for others. It’s important to prioritise your self-care

and downtime. If we are not mentally well, then it is much harder to care for others. So, prioritise yourself this year. When we set goals we want to stick to, we have to make sure we can actually achieve them, so be clear on what your goal is and why you want to achieve it (get in touch with your values), how and when you’re going to do it, and what you’ll do if things get in the way of it.

Versatile layout, splendid views Macarthur 69 Merriman Crescent Street This versatile four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Macarthur is fully renovated, ready for the new owners to move right in and enjoy straight away. Agent Eoin Ryan-Hicks says 69 Merriman Crescent is a fantastic property, well-suited for a variety of lifestyles – from families looking for practicality and space, to individuals who appreciate modern design elements, luxury touches, and a connection to nature through the outdoor spaces. “The property’s versatility makes it an attractive option for a broad spectrum of potential homeowners,” he says. “The home provides four spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, accommodating the entire family or guests, while the cleverly designed layout with two separate living areas across two floors offers flexibility for entertainment and relaxation. For professionals working from home, the residence also includes a dedicated office space.” The agent says it’s hard to pick his favourite things about this property because it has so many great features: “The fireplace steals the spotlight in this canberradaily.com.au

home, creating a cosy ambiance; the stunning raked ceilings in the spacious living room create an open and welcoming atmosphere; the luxury of two beautifully renovated bathrooms with exquisite finishes and meticulous attention to detail; and, of course, the plush new carpets and fresh paint in the bedrooms and living areas, providing a warm and inviting touch.” When it comes to location, Mr Ryan-Hicks loves that the property is nestled in the heart of the highly sought-after Tuggeranong suburb of Macarthur, close to amenities, schools and other conveniences. “We also can’t forget to mention the splendid views looking out towards the Brindabellas,” he says. According to Mr Ryan-Hicks, the design/style of this property is a harmonious marriage of contemporary elements and practical comforts. It creates an environment that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also conducive to modern living, making it a standout choice for those who appreciate a home that seamlessly integrates style with functionality.
