Introduction:
Shanghai Chemical Industry Park lies in the north coast of Hangzhou Bay with the total planning area of 29.4 km2. Land supply: the Rudong Economic Development Zone belongs to the 11th level of the 15 levels of divided land of our country, where it has more than 100mu of land with quotas. While its low price of land and great development potential of Rudong are the most unique in Yangtze River Delta. If the project’s registered capital exceeds 3 million U.S. Dollar when the project has started its construction after the registered capital is paid up, then the finance bureau of our county will give a subsidy of exactly10000 Yuan/mu. The project with registered capital exceeding 10 million U.S. Dollar will be treated as a special case, therefore special preferential policies will be provided for the project. Standard factor leasing: our zone offers rental services of workshops with complete supporting facilities, while the annual rent for the workshops is 80 Yuan/mu. Our zone will provide rent subsidy based on the project’s investment scale and tax collection situation, although the highest subsidy can reach 40 Yuan/mu a year. Administrative fee for production plant of industrial project: if the project is an industrial project, the administrative fee such as city facility construction fee will be free for the production plant. If it is in accordance to the land utilization policy, non-productive building could be built within 10% of the total construction area. Equipment subsidy: if the investment in new equipments crosses over 5 million Yuan, the finance bureau will arrange special funds every year to subsidize the equipment investment, while the subsidy will be 4% of the total price of the new equipments.
